I honestly have nothing but good to say about my visit . I have never gone to a yogurtland handled this well there is always icecream all over the machines and everyone seems so unhappy but not here! Maybe because it is close to the beach but i was treated like family, they even had so much patience with the homeless and I really respect that. It was really busy and only saw one worker doing everything.I got the cashiers name due to him being so patient with me due to me not knowing what to get for me and my kids, he gave his input on what they might like and it ended up being wonderful! Thank you israel (hope thats how i spell the name) great place i will definitely be back woohoo Israel !!By the way not 5 stars due to the fact it’s a little pricey. They charge 1.06 an ounce and toppings were a little stale.

Do not come here, you will be charged at least $7 for a 1/6 cup of ice cream. Horrible business. First review for how much of a rip off that was. Charged people in front of of me like $14 for a half cup of ice cream.

This was my first time in Santa Monica and the kids were already frustrated with the weather. Fro-yo was our last stop and we were having a rough day, but the worker Israel was so sweet and kind with the kids and helped us out with recommendations and was making them laugh. It was incredibly pricey but for the atmosphere, I would definitely come again. Thank you, Israel!!

Been coming to this location for a while and every time I come in Israel is so incredibly helpful !! Shows me the new flavors new toppings. I come here for a little bit of yogurt I end up with a full cup. Keeps us updated with what’s new and what’s to come. I don’t do reviews often but this guy deserves one :)! (Keep in mind this location is a little on the pricey side).

Love Yogurtland, but this location is a massive let down. When I walked in, there was nobody at the register or anywhere in the store and when I was ready to pay nobody came to the register for another 3-4 minutes. I was about to walk out and just leave when an employee finally came out. However the employee didn't say a single word to me and rudely gestured to the pay terminal. They didn't say a single word during the entire interaction. Later the day I checked the bill and I was charged exactly $20.00 for my single quarter of the way filled cup of yogurt. I get the same amount of yogurt every time and have never even come close to $10. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank, there is no way a quarter of the way filled up of yogurt land is even remotely close to $20.00 and also somehow exactly $20.00.
