“I don’t even know where to start. We are half way home to Washington state from San Diego and fell upon this gem as somewhat of a half way point. We haven’t even gone to bed yet and I’m full of appreciation and gratitude for this Hotel. This is high quality hospitality and an immaculate property. From the double queen bedroom that fit our particular needs just passing through. The dinner at the Kitchen restaurant, the staff, live music and so much more I cannot say enough. This place is a must see. You will not be disappointed. The pricing for a Saturday night reserving sale day as stay was lower than our sub par beach hotels that we were honestly very disappointed in. This hotel has redeemed our luxury hotels accommodations we feel we deserved. I do not do reviews. But this place just sat right for me the moment we pulled in the driveway and I wanted to promote such a great hotel. Thank you Mission De Oro.”

“We were very pleased with the service. We attended several catered events, this was a first at "The Kitchen". Waiter was very knowledge. Asked him several question about the menu. He was extremely polite. I asked if the salmon is wild or farmed? He asked the chef and suggested the Halibut. It was cooked to perfection. The presentation was amazing, and food was even better. The outdoor dining is plus for Families with small children. The Grounds and landscape are just amazing. Great atmosphere!!! We enjoyed the whole experience.”

“It's a tradition to stop here for lunch on our long drives up and down the 5 freeway. The soup bowls never disappoint. And the gift shop always has new items. Be sure to pick up sweets in the bakery.”

Took off 1 star because a gentleman came out from the back to work the front and he was not wearing anything on his long beard to protect hair from falling into the food. He did not prepare my food. Bathrooms and dining room were clean. OK place to stop, just be aware of who preps your food.”

“Stop here at Popeye's at the truck stop in Santa Nella and was surprised by the customer service they made us wanna come back again. The chicken we're delicious, the mash potatoes & gravy was perfect and the coke slaw was so different and so good I enjoyed it for someone who hated Cole slaw. The last time we had Popeye's in Gilroy, CA my husband swear he'll never go to another Popeye's because of their food sucks and their so expensive two big box for $15.99 each. And here in Santa Nella a Big Box for $6 Thank you Santa Nella”

“It's Thanksgiving Eve and travelers were all ; to this McDonald's Drive through I must give a shout. The parking lot was very full..so the drive thru is where we went... The teller was cheery, food was hot and things affordable... money well spent.”

“I’ll see this. This is the only Taco Bell that I’ve been that customer service is on point. They have good attitude very good on service. The food is great and on top of everything there’s some female that help me give me my gave me my order and she was cleaning the window door and I passed by and I told her that she looked really pretty and she answered me polite by surprise so I will recommend this Taco Bell to anybody”

“The place is at the TA truck stop so it isn’t too lively. It’s quaint in a sense though. The quality of the fish and chips that I ordered was superb. So delicious. It seemed like the oil for frying was fresh. The food was cooked PERFECTLY. So delicious.”

She was kind of busy, but she always made sure my coffee was full, brought me another napkin, and even made time for a bit of chitchat. She made me feel like I was her only customer. I will be back again, hopefully Dulin will be working, as she is an amazing server.”

“food is good, but for their hours you think they'd have enough sides seems like they run out of alot so early on plus the tacos are basic, and hardly come with anything on it! cilantro & onions only? They never answer their phone which I don't understand why it's even on the truck. They definitely have some things to improve on, but I will give them another chance seeing that the food is good. I'd give a 4 star rating.”
