Food was served cold , then come to find out at the end they don’t give senior citizens discount the waitress then continues to explain that this ihop doesn’t honor veterans or seniors not even active service. The truth came out straight from the waitress. My suggestion is avoid this place find a place that is at least patriotic. This place is unbelievable my wife and I ordered a Belgian waffle for two waffles a water and a sprite cost $43.18 unbelievable I will most definitely spread the word about how unpatriotic and how expensive this ihop is.

They would have more breakfast customers If they would open a lot earlier; it's a truck stop and a travel center on the interstate, maybe it should be 24 hours. A lot of truckers need to get up and be on the road by 5 AM. I don't know why they wait until 7 to open and leave everyone wanting.

The place is at the TA truck stop so it isn’t too lively. It’s quaint in a sense though. The quality of the fish and chips that I ordered was superb. So delicious. It seemed like the oil for frying was fresh. The food was cooked PERFECTLY. So delicious.

Stopped here on a long road trip, everyone else in the car wanted Popeyes, but I didn’t feel I could handle the grease. Homer, the server at IHOP, let me know he could make the order to go, so I got eggs Benedict with bacon and avocado. It and the freshly cut fruit with it was delicious!! I got my order fast, the coffee was delicious, and it felt so good to eat a healthy meal on the road. Homer could not have been a better server and made the experience very pleasant. If you’re stopping anywhere along I 5 and don’t have much time I highly recommend!

I was driving from Sacramento to socal , found IHOP and saw the reviews I was a little bit nervous because my kids want to eat here , I thought will get bad service or food. It turns out this location have great service and food quality, we enjoyed our time.

06-07-2025 I was given my bill and a tip was already added to it. I asked the lady why the extra charge and she said that in California you get the tip automatically charged on your bill. This is crazy, will not eat there again.
I came with my wife and kids and we were just standing there. The person at the front didn’t even acknowledge or sit us down. We waited for about 10 minutes and just decided to leave to go to the other IHOP. Don’t go here. They won’t attend you it’s horrible service.

They are not professional really poor customer service One employee was disrespectful Yelling to me there was no sign do not touch or nothing I ask another employee where do I pay for something she pointed so I was trying to grab something to eat and this female employee come out nowhere yelling to me you can touch that you have to ask me first,... How in he'll I suppose to know that there is no sign or nothing to know.. what piss me off that she said all that in front others customer please teach some manners to you employee
