I came with my wife and kids and we were just standing there. The person at the front didn’t even acknowledge or sit us down. We waited for about 10 minutes and just decided to leave to go to the other IHOP. Don’t go here. They won’t attend you it’s horrible service.

They are not professional really poor customer service One employee was disrespectful Yelling to me there was no sign do not touch or nothing I ask another employee where do I pay for something she pointed so I was trying to grab something to eat and this female employee come out nowhere yelling to me you can touch that you have to ask me first,... How in he'll I suppose to know that there is no sign or nothing to know.. what piss me off that she said all that in front others customer please teach some manners to you employee

Surprisingly good. English muffin was extra toasty as requested. Everything was cooked perfectly, but maybe a little heavy on the oil. The service was superb!

At a truck stop don't open till 7am truckers have no place to eat before we need to hit the road. There's only 1 waiter 3.00 more on every plate than a non truckstop location

Came in at exactly 7 am thinking there would be a server waiting to greet us, there was no one there and asked the cashier at the gas station register if the time was correct, he said they’re usually late, waited 20 minutes and no one showed up! Decided to go to Dennys across the street

Took 10min before the server found us and let us in. Then they ignored us for over 20mins despite the fact that most tables were empty. They did promptly serve other customers though. I’m not sure why they treat customers differently. We were too hungry and confused to continue staying here after a long travel so we left. Do not come here unless you want to have the same experience, possibly.
I come here once a week and always receive amazing service. The manager Tori runs a tight ship and even provides amazing service when waiting tables. I will continue to make this my weekly stop for the foreseeable future.

They knew what they were doing when they hired those ladies in there serving🥴😮💨, got avocado toast, with hot tea and a waffle 🤤, a suggestion to add scrambled eggs came up and BOY 🤝🏾. Food was great, service was even better, thankyou.

This IHOp is inside the TA truck stop, which is convenient for me. I fully intended to have breakfast for dinner but saw the spicy shredded beef anytime tacos, which were a home run. The price seemed average until I saw the food up close and personal. It was a deliciously filling dish which came with a side and at a great value The service was amazing - Thank you Cerei, you are pleasant, helped, and efficient. Plenty of truck parking. Highly recommended.
