came in with my family 2 weeks ago on Labor Day and I'm very disappointed with the customer service experience we had. I didn't catch the girls name but she was very obviously annoyed or frustrated. Im raised to say please and thank you as I know that's how I'd want to be treated. However, the girl working was rude and it was overall disappointing. I still thanked her once more on our way out and she just ignored us. Management needs to train better.

The staff at this Baskin-Robbins is on the younger side, and for once, I'm very pleased. The "kids" are clean, polite, personable and quick. The past three times I've been there I have left put a tip in the tip jar and was happy to. I only wish other young people took such pride in their work.

Santa Paula has one of the nicest Baskin-Robbins stores I've been to. Alot of the Baskin-Robbins stores are kind of dingy not this one.

Raul was awesome under pressure!. Very busy yet patient. He was the only one working when we got there. Full parking lot and at least 12 people waiting. Thank you!
