I waited to make this review but after two bad experience with the same staff member, Elena, I feel it's only right to leave a review. My husband decided to change his soda while picking up our mobile order, this manager then decided to let us know we only paid for one refillable fountain drink and we couldn't change our drink. I pointed out that it's free refills and she said yes, but she's the manager. What? Get better managers, that's ridiculous.

The reason I gave this place a little review is because if you use the app to do a redeem from the app to where they scan it so you can get your free item. Well it does not work. Did it many times and had to leave my free item there which was basically the reason I went ??♀️
