Came to this place cuz it was recommended by coworker that actually lived in Santa Paula, I live in Oxnard Ca. Just on entering the business it seemed kinda dirty and not as presentable as the Panda Express almost next door. The lady I’m guessing owner seemed not in the best mood. She had no one else there helping her from what I could see so explains why place wasn’t the cleanest at time of my visit, for me the business needs to be clean in order for me to not lose my appetite. I went ahead and ordered and some of the food seemed old and cold. Walked back to my truck but stopped by panda and chucked the food I had bought. Cleanliness is everything in food service. I’ll stick to panda where they got more customers so food doesn’t sit as long and is made fresh around the clock. More employees as well to keep place clean.

The food was really good they have plenty of spicy food options for all those who like spicy food. I was in and out in less than 5 mins and she gave me big portions my box wouldn't close all the way. Definitely going back to try all of the spicy sides.

I came here because it got a 3.9 review. Went in, the girl wasnt very friendly, the food looked like it was sitting there for a LONG time. We went in for two plates, on came out with one because I chose the food that looked like the freshest. I came home.. shared the plate with my daughter and husband; was not the best. Wouldn't recommend unless they keep their stuff fresh. Service is less than mediocre, and food would probably be good if it was fresh.
We have tried 3 times to eat here, always closed! Owner suggested we try it when we were in his donut place in Fillmore. Website gives hours and says they are open, no phone number to double check! It's out of the way to get there for us. Feeling upset! Had to give it one star to comment, so that's not accurate since I haven't tried it.

This has been our favorite place for years and will continue to be for as long as I am alive. Noodles are thick and full of flavor, food is always fresh. Good prices too! I hope The Panda Restaurant realizes they have a authentic Chinese place next door and leaves the county.
