We did the drive thru. We wrre driving home line was too long at Fillmore location so our next option was this Santa Paula location on our way home. It was right off the freeway, staff was nice, food came out promptly, we got everything we ordered, everything was fresh and tasty. Perfect for a Saturday night!

I tried to order on the kiosk screen but the screen was stuck and won't move forward or backward and there was no one available to assist. I've seen this happen at other McDonald's as well and I thought one of Mr Crocs sayings was that you have to make it easy for the customer to check out. I couldn't check out so I left

Unfortunately the service is one of the worst. It's talked about all over the county.
The service on Fri. Feb. 28 was Terrible. They screwed up my order. I had to go 2 the counter 3 separate times for ketchup, jam, and napkins. She gave me 3 freakin' napkins. And the cherry on top. No soda refill. Also the sink in the bathroom didn't work. I had to wipe off the soap with napkins that I brought myself. I will never eat there again.
