Terrible customer service only one employee working standing to order and No one to help
I got the honey walnut shrimp and I though that the shrimp was the going to big but when I found out I was eating only the fried part instead of the actual shrimp
Most of the time, they are out of the entrees I want to order. This time, I placed an online order and got a message saying my order was ready, only to find out the entree I ordered was unavailable once I arrived to pick it up, so I was forced to choose something else that I didn't want.

I had an unfortunate experience at Panda Express during my recent visit. I ordered a chicken egg roll, and while the cashier was handling a cash deposit to the safe, she accidentally dropped the egg roll on the floor. To my surprise, she slowly picked it up and continued troubleshooting her register, seemingly distracted, before she bagged the egg roll that had fallen. Since I had already been waiting for a while and didn’t want to cause a scene, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, I ended up throwing the egg roll in the trash.
I expect better hygiene practices, and this experience left me disappointed. Hopefully, this was just a one-off incident, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.
