On Thanksgiving, the drive-thru and inside were packed, yet the employees did a great job. The blended caramel latte was delicious. Special recognition to Jasmin for providing exceptional customer service by assisting a customer with an injury, going above and beyond to deliver the order with a welcoming smile. Recently, the team has continued to impress with their quick service and friendly atmosphere. Chris took orders right away even when it was busy, and drinks were made efficiently for both inside customers and the drive-thru. Despite the long line outside, orders were prepared quickly, and the store remained clean and welcoming. Customers also praised Ivana and Daniela for making the best iced shaken espresso, with consistency and care that truly made a difference. One customer shared that the barista made their day by rushing to clean up after their son dropped his drink and offering to make a new one, showing the team's kindness and dedication.
