Starbucks in Santa Paula can be overwhelming with loud music and busy employees, but the staff handles large volumes well. On Thanksgiving, the drive-thru and inside were packed, yet the employees did a great job. The blended caramel latte was delicious. Special recognition to Jasmin for providing exceptional customer service by assisting a customer with an injury, going above and beyond to deliver the order with a welcoming smile.
