Went to the Starbucks in Santa Paula and noticed the drive through line looked pretty long so we decided to go inside. Chris took my order right away, even though it was just him and two other employees working behind the counter. He immediately got to work making one of my drinks after taking the order, and they were moving quickly, cranking out drinks for the drive through as well.
Despite the long line outside, I got my drink relatively fast and funny enough, the car I would’ve been behind in the drive through got their drink at about the same time. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and efficiency. On top of that, the inside of the store was clean, welcoming, and a great place to grab a drink. Great experience all around.

I asked for venti light ice and literally the gave me half cup of coffee. What is the freaking point of getting venti? 9$ for a coffee where you get half cup?. Worst Starbucks

5 Stars – Best Iced Shaken Espresso Ever!
I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at this Starbucks location—especially Ivana and Daniela. Ivana made probably the best iced shaken espresso I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. It was so good, I immediately had to go back and order a second one in a larger size. Daniela made the second, and it was just as exceptional. The consistency, flavor, and care they put into the drinks truly stood out. This location is a gem—great drinks, great service, and a team that really knows what they’re doing.

A few months ago I had a girl, jasmine decline service at 350pm. I was the only car in line and she said because I wouldn’t make it out of the drive through by 4pm. It was a Sunday and nowhere near closing as posted on the door. Today it took 20 minutes to get 3 cars to the order speaker. Not busy inside. Took an additional 15 minutes to pay and drive off. It took longer for a browny and cake pop than it did for drinks. Very slow and poor service. Especially for 6 workers in a small star bucks that wasn’t to busy at that time. It’s the only star bucks I’ve been to where some workers are unfriendly and look mad. Then wonder why there is no tip!

Super inconsistent. Regular here I’m sure they recognize my car, not sure why I’m so surprised when they mess up my order which is often. Every time I visit I’m spending $30+ for myself and my office can’t ever get to work with the right order. Getting tired of this.

The noise from the workers and the machines was horrible. They need some noise suppression panels. I had to talk way loud for the waitress to hear me. And I didn't get my order right because she couldn't hear me talj.

It's simple. Do not fill to the rim! This is officially my last cup of 4 dollar coffee from any Starbucks. Coffee is all over my truck, clothes and hand. Bye Starbucks!

today the barista made my day. I placed a mobile order and my boys got off to pick up. as they were exiting my son dropped his drink and not only did the barrista rush over to clean up but she offered to make him a new drink! as a mom seeing my kids treated with kindness means so much more than when it’s done to me. thank you SP Starbucks Team!

Terrible customer service!!! I’m waiting 1 drink for 15 minutes not in a rush hour. Come to ask my drink and he said he will refund it for me. That’s not a point. Thing is when you do something wrong you need to say sorry to your customer first whatever it’s right or wrong. ( long hair guy) if you are the manager you should be shamed.
