The noise from the workers and the machines was horrible. They need some noise suppression panels. I had to talk way loud for the waitress to hear me. And I didn't get my order right because she couldn't hear me talj.

today the barista made my day. I placed a mobile order and my boys got off to pick up. as they were exiting my son dropped his drink and not only did the barrista rush over to clean up but she offered to make him a new drink! as a mom seeing my kids treated with kindness means so much more than when it’s done to me. thank you SP Starbucks Team!

The music was so loud that the workers could not hear what people were saying and got my order wrong. Sitting in Starbucks with loud music was hard. Finally, towards the end of our visit, it was turned down. The tables really needed to be wiped down, and the floors swept. They needed another employee to be honest. The employee making the drinks were so busy that they were not helpful.
