Idk what has happened here but the quality of workers at the Starbucks here has gone down hill in the morning. Today was the 3rd time I've walked out of line simply waiting for my order to be taken. The people working the early morning are only I assumed trained to take only one order at a time no matter the line being big or small. Too much time being wasted standing in line.

Really knowledgeable and friendly crew. Nice, clean premises. I wish they didn't discontinue the almond croissants, but that was an upper corporate decision.

They ran out of coffee Could not make no more it's barely 5 o'clock
i have never had such a bad experience with this statbucks until today. i went in because they didnt correctly make the drinks i order and the girl infront "vivi" was being so rude.She refused to remake it because of the recipt after we showed her the recipt she still refused until one of vons managers came and told her to make it.She was still giving so much attitude i have never seen such bad customer service
What is going on with our Starbucks... I come often but today I had the most unwelcoming service by antasia. The tone and rude attitude for being in customer service is bad. Unprofessional. Please train the staff to know how to greet, speak to customers. Customer service with friendly welcoming attitudes is worth a million bucks. Just got the most watered down coffee ever
I think Starbucks needs to do a better job at hiring people. I have been going to this Starbucks since 2017 and I never had such bad experience until today. One thing that I didn’t like was that I was next in line but instead she took her friends order before mine when she was like two people behind me. That’s not right at all. Another thing that I didn’t like was her attitude I asked her nicely to please give me a venti vanilla latte with no foam and two extra shots and a Venti cup of just ice. And she just gave me an attitude While she finished my drink I want to buy some thing at vons. I came back and there was just a cup of pure water and then my drink had a lot of foam so I asked her to re-make it and she refused too. Tell me what kind of customer service is that? she said she couldn’t remake it because she was busy but she had nobody else in line. By the way her name was ABBY. I am definitely going to speak to her manager.
