I like their food, but not enough for breakfast or beverages. Great location that has easy access and nearby.Needs to have COFFEE and MILKSHAKES !!

The absolute worst Taco Bell ever. I order online very simple 2 box meals. I got pick it up get home and find the the stuff is in paper bags inside plastic bag and now have to open up all the wrappers to see who what good like really? I call over there and talk to the manager and I explained my order and how it was given to me, she goes oh no it's supposed to be in boxes I go well it wasn't plus the guy at the counter was rude no greeting or anything there the bag down. I am wait for her to call me back but good luck with that. That's ok I will call the corporate office tomorrow

The Santa Paula taco bell is the best taco bell in the country. They are actually awarded the best in the country so it's been official since I believe 2012

Employees are rude and just don't care about their customers. They don't know how to do their jobs and then act like you are the problem. Definitely has gone downhill drastically customer service and food quality wise.

Management states it’s illegal to give you their name.instead of resolving a situation they fight over exchanging the correct food for the order (even thought it was a $3 order). Monica is the great! She resolved the issue immediately even though she was on break.

I have to say that we all have had that time going through a drive thru for food and tried to check your bags to make sure you got everything you ordered and paid for. But due to COVID-19 Taco Bell tapes up your bags before you get them. Well I didn't eat to destroy the bag and was a ways from home so I just hoped it was all in there. I stopped at a Taco Bell not in my city so if the order was wrong what was I going to do about, probably nothing. But 20 minutes later I'm unloading the bag and then really surprised me. Not only did they get the order correct, but they also gave us plenty of they hot sauce packets. We really like the hot sauce, but I get a kick out of reading the little blurbs they put on them. Taco Bell you did good!!
