DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM WINGSTOP ELKHART, IN. THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER YOUR ORDER, WHEN YOU CONTACT THE STORE THEY JUST SAY SORRY AND YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP YOURSELF. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!
Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
Crisp fries, not too much salt. Wings well done just like I like em. Surprise this one is on point, excellent experience for me today. I sat in my car and ate, while to my surprise everyone was going the healthy route, Scrubways?! Yukk

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

it the one in belleville il for some reason they always be missing food or it dont be cooked,and they have no working phone number.
One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

It’s always great visiting this location and it is definitely my favorite. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean and food is always FRESH!!!! I’ll continue to recommend this location and will continue visiting here.

App is absolute dog water. Charges me 109.15 says error but charges anyways. Yes the money will be back in my account but after what 2-7 days if I’m lucky. This is ridiculous. I called and they brushed it off by saying many customers have this issue. Then maybe you guys (wingstop) should fix it. This was no fault to the staff themselves but the companies app/website. Still an awful experience.

I placed a large order and Francisca was extremely helpful on the phone to make sure all the sauces were done correctly. I also got the timing wrong and that was an easy fix on her end as well.

I order food online via the wingstop website, paid with my card went to the store and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order in there system, I proceeded to show my confirmation and my order an the stated there was nothing they can do, I asked for a refund of my money and they refused and called the police on me. Soon as the police got to the store they then decided to give me a refund….crazy work to call the police cause I want the money I spent back when I never got the product
Food is good, but every time it takes forever for order, while everyone working in back are playing around. 45 plus minutes and every other order went out before us? Then to see the people that are supposed to be preparing the food screwing around does not equal good experience.
