I ordered 20 piece boneless wings (original hot, mago habanero, lemon pepper, and Buffalo) and paid the Hispanic lady 20+ dollars. Waited 15 minutes for my food and went home. When I pulled out my food found out it was way wrong. Went back and the Hispanic lady was telling a person that they couldn't order in the store because of the time and that they had to order online. I had ordered in the store. When I spoke to the Hispanic lady again, she said "but that's what you order" and I told her "no I literally told you the 4 flavors I wanted and got bone in original wings only." Then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. Terrible. And they're going to get 20$ an hour starting April 1st next year? Ok

I ordered online for delivery but my drink was missing so I called the store and they delivered right away. I got a complementary brownie in return from the workers. Thank you for the food

Food was good. Atmosphere was fine since I was there for 30 min!Customer service was very rude!Cashier told us 12-15 minutes.Took 30 minutes for my food. Customers who ordered after mewere waiting a long time but they all got there food before me. Seems like forgot about us until my wife had to go ask how much longer we would have to wait.Manager seemed hesitant to apologise but did anyways. I got all the way home and they forgot to give me drink. I drove all the way back told the manager they forgot to give me my drink. She said what drink was it? I told her. She filled it up set it down in front of me and walked off. No apology or sorry for the mistake.I told her an apology would be nice and she just kept walking off. Didn't even care. Sad.I will not be returning.
