Wines were ok, service was pretty dire, we booked for the Reserve tasting and had to keep asking for the servers to pour and explain the wines for each tasting.

We were looking for a free tour of a local winery without the wine tasting as we were there early in the morning. Balletto is part of the Sonoma county "Vinyard Adventure" program which offers a free self-guided tour. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly, Rob answered our questions and then let us move on to our self-guided visit of the vines. It was great and a great option if you're looking for an affordable activity. Their wine tasting prices are also more reasonable than most wineries around. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

WOW!!! Debbie truly gave us the absolute BEST experience today!!! Last minute booked our reservation for a group of 10 for a birthday. There was live music & Debbie really made us feel like regulars. You will NOT regret stopping by this winery!

I was hoping to give a 5 star review because I recently discovered this wine and was excited about exploring more wines in a tasting. I joined the wine club because I was drawn to the narrative. We arrived earlier than my scheduled tasting time and said we can wait and enjoy the scenery. There was only 2 other tables with guests. We were not given a history of the vineyard nor much background on the wines. It felt like a scripted dialog. Our host Cole was friendly enough but seemed distracted and not spending much time with us. Great wine but poor service

I went as a walk in for the reserve tasting.It wasn't a very busy time so I got a tasting pretty much immediately.Cole was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept checking in on my preferences and based on that served me the wines he thought I would like.I enjoyed the tasting and walked away with Pinot and gewurztraminer. I also got to try their member only dessert wine which was really good. Not too sweet just right to be paired with a charcuterie or even baked brie with jam or a light dessert.He was also friendly enough to to suggest other local vineyards thst he thought I might enjoy.I will definitely be back.

I visited this vineyard/winery in summer with my family, we loved it! The service was excellent, the grounds and gardens were carefully kept up, and there was a table in the shade of a tree which was great to beat the heat. We tasted many of their wines and had a picnic, was a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing! We had Jim Cutcher of Balletto attending our table, he was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about wine...including all the factors that comprise the flavor of wine, such as soil, sun, fog, etc. Thanks for a great experience!

Honestly one of the worst wineries I have ever visited. The wine is less than sub par and the employees are RUDE! I will never visit here again and will make sure no one else does. We are members at 4 different wineries and will make sure to NOT recommend this place. What a horrible establishment….do better!

We booked the Tram Tour and Tasting. Our guide, Jim, was awesome. So friendly and informative. Enjoyed hearing the history of Balletto. The owner of Balletto sounds like a very caring and charitable person. Love the baseball field he built on-site for the staff. Wines are delicious!!!
