It was a truly wonderful experience - we walked right in and were able to do a tasting for 5 people without a reservation. The staff was so fun and knowledgeable! Can't wait to go back!!

We were in Santa Rosa for a wedding and didn’t have a lot of time so we stopped by and did a quick wine tasting and Jeff was phenomenal!! Great wines and Jeff’s knowledge on each wine was phenomenal. Excellent tasting wines and highly recommend Balletto!

The first winery we visited on our first ever trip to Sonoma was this one and it didn’t disappoint! Service was great… The venue is quite nice… The wines are pretty good too! Our wine educator was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with a couple of cases and a membership here.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I tried getting a hold of a woman named Kat, for months. Nothing. Terrible communication, prices seemed all over the place, lack of professionalism, etc. I was forced to find another winery who at least could provide me with the clarity, with a great response time, etc. I would avoid this place.
If I could give zero stars if I could. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Kat Cardinale and nothing. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going to any other winery if you are seeking communication and over all, basic professionalism.
