I eat here pretty frequently as I work nearby. It's a cute and playful little place with interesting and funny things to look at around the shop.

I have not been in the store but have had their coffee mailed to me. Tremendous coffee! I keep going back to the Roasters Reserve, but all blends are clean and low acid. I highly recommend drinking their coffee.

I ordered the large salad and paid the extra $3 for chicken. I received more lettuce than 100 rabbits could eat and the amount,of chicken I paid the extra $3 for....maybe 1/4 cup is all. I am so disappointed yet again. I will not be going,here anymore for food....😢

I really want to like this place for their coffee. They represent so much that I look for (local business, attention to detail, quirky decor, etc.). However, for whatever reason there coffee fails to wow me. On the other hand their sandwiches are delicious, and the way I've tried a few, I find myself ordering their equivalent of the club sandwich more often than not.

Always fast and great food.

When i receive my coffee upon opening the bag, it did not smell fresh made a pot of coffee and it was terrible. Call customer service for a refund and was told I was out of luck.

From my perspective the attitude of staff has A LOT to be desired. In addition, providing absolutely NO vegan options is very daunting. I won't return. The “vegetarian” made vegan style sandwich (which I had to ask for; it was not posted on menu board) was dry and had more lettuce than anything else, no effort to make it anything other than a meat sandwich minus the meat, mayo and cheese. When I asked for olive oil and vinegar it was served in a large, wasteful amount in plastic cups rather than offering to simply drizzle it on the bread. Possibly due to keeping congruent health code? Very disappointing. I overheard another customer asking about vegan options and was surprised with the lack of options, so I know I'm not an anomaly in the community…or Sonoma County in general. Maybe they were having a bad day but I've seen what I need to see to make up my mind.

This is my absolute favorite coffee, short of coffee served in Jamaica. I live for this coffee, especially the French roast.

They seem to focus on sandwiches and coffee, which is cool. I wish the pasties were laveled, so i wouldn't have to ask. Funky spot, very close to SR airport.
