I have been to Big River before and loved the people and the coffee. This morning I ordered 2 coffees and two bagels to go. The order came in, they made the coffee hot because I had to transport it to the office where my husband is receiving chemo therapy. The only problem is the women who work there. No smiles, not much eye contact, and no acknowledgement when I said "thank you very much." Nothing, just turned away to do something else. They both look bored, and maybe a little sullen. Don't work with the public if you don't like the public. Take care of your inner self so you can really be with people. If you don't like people, get a computer job.

Cozy place! Coffee is good. I got some iced mocha for a first timer. Can't wait to try the Big River Favs and the food as well. Staff are very friendly btw.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and what a delightful surprise! Shop is adorable and staff is friendly. The coffee is really good and reasonably priced. Had to check out the menu and ordered an egg sandwich with cream cheese, avocado, red onion, lettuce and tomato. The "english muffin" was past yummy. Tasted like it had just been baked. It was called, "Here comes the Sun". Again, reasonable priced:)

My very favorite local coffee. Family run, so friendly. All their food items are great but their avocado toast is really so good. They make my dirty chai just perfect- not too sweet and there's never too long of a wait. If you are looking for a place to work from -their inside and outside and beautiful and mellow.

This place has great coffee. I was able to request a lavender latte which I really enjoyed. They are in the industrial part of Santa Rosa and by businesses, so you wouldn't know they were even here. Glad I found this place through Yelp. They have good food here too, and a variety of items to get for food too. Staff is friendly and sweet. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love the coffe. However placed 2 online orders for delivery and both times after using credit card had fraud alerts for unauthorized transactions at different retailers one day after completing the transactions. I suspect their online system is compromised.
Great customer service, and this Greek/ Mediterranean salad was awesome, sure it’s $11 but everything is expensive these days; huge portion and super fresh, I’ve had it twice now and can barely finish but very enjoyable.

So happy to have discovered their avocado toast! It is soo good! The goguette bread it comes on is amazing! I've only tried the purist so far, will def be trying the other 2 options. They also make a perfect white mocha!

I really enjoyed my Lavender fog and my husband enjoyed his caramel macchiato. They were both on the sweet side but that's how we like it. We both got the breakfast burrito and that was good too. Next time I would order the one with bacon though.
