What a find! Incredible food and friendly knowledgable serving staff. I love the different fusion of food here and everything was super tasty. Lovely sat outside on the balcony with the heaters. A fantastic experience and a highlight of our holiday.
This place is always wonderful... hard to beat! Service always exceptional and the Starks know how to create a menu!
It was impossible to relax and enjoy the meal, because the noise level was uncomfortably high!
Incredible dining experience at Bird + Bottle on Aug 31, 2025. Watermelon + heirloom tomato salad was very good, but the Little Gem salad was the star - perfectly dressed and such fresh ingredients that I felt it was just picked from the field. The steamed bun with duck was out of this world, and the fried chicken was super crispy and paired nicely with their special bbq sauce (we also got a hot honey side that paired well with the chicken). Our wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about all of the dishes. We will most definitely be back!
Always enjoy a meal here. Sober people can enjoy a nice mocktail for a refreshing drink. Everything has wonder flavor and presentation was great. Service has always been great. Great spot to visit.
Outstanding meal. Lovely atmosphere on the porch. Every dish was delicious. Loved the cocktails. Top notch service and especially appreciated them accommodating our dog and toddler. Special shoutout for the meatball, corn and duck. Highly recommend!
My family & I used to love this restaurant. They recently made changes to their menu and we unfortunately don't love it anymore. We definitely miss their old menu. Also the service used to be great and our recent experience, the service was slow and they forgot to bring us a dish we had ordered.
Everything was perfect... service, food, environment couldn't have been better...We will be back soon...
I don't know my Server‘s name. He was really nice and very attentive We had a really nice lunch
Bird & the Bottle is one of our favorites — the food is amazing and designed to share, catalyzing great conversations, and the craft cocktails set a local standard. Definitely a place to return to time and again.

What a delightful restaurant! None of our family had ever been to your restaurant. It was a hit with all four of us. I originally requested a table on the deck, but it turned out to be too cold for the two older family members even with one of the outdoor heaters moved next to our table at my daughter's request. Graciously, the restaurant hostess was able to accommodate us inside after a brief wait. The ambiance inside was a total surprise and a hit. It was so cool and hip! Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The food and drinks were all amazingly tasty and delicious. My brother was visitig from Iowa City and was really pleased. My daughter even remarked that the restaurant reminded her of places in Iowa City. We will definitely eat here again and have already shared our experience with others.
Great evening for out in the patio deck. Not our first visit food very delicious and great variety. Perfect to share plates. We did have some service issues toward the later part of our dining experience. Our server got busy and was pulled inside and out which left us asking for more onion dip for the amazing fries if the bus boys or food deliverers. I guess wrong assumption they would help us. Oh lesson learned.
5 stars for the amazing food! It feels rare these days to have your tastebuds be wowed by new and interesting flavors. The food is truly the reason to come to this restaurant. The so so part was the atmosphere- if you sit outside, you are on a deck facing a busy road. But so worth it to try this food!
We loved our B in a B experience!! Attentive service, delicious food and a fun spot! We're coming back.
My SIL ordered the ribs which she ate with gusto, as evidenced by sauce on her face! My husband and I split the Korean BBQ'd 1/2 chicken and Fried 1/2 chicken. We both really liked the Korean BBQ'd and the Fried, not so much. I wasn't fond of the breading and found it dry. I had a Southern Grandma and am picky - I like it with flour, S&P and fried in peanut oil. We loved the watermelon and tomato salad, Mexican corn and Little Gem Salad. We also split the Carrot Cake in a Jar which was gone in a hot second. Because we still had a 1.5 hour drive ahead we had non-alcohol beer, which was really good! I think this is our fourth visit and will continue to be a nice stopping point on our way to see family in Trinidad, CA.
