We hit their Saturday Happy Hour and it was a home run! The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We loved the appetizers - the Everything Spiced Fries and Miso Good Guac were both outstanding. Highly recommend the Shiso Pretty cocktail, it was a perfect pairing. A must-try, highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, we had such a wonderful night at the Birdie bottle! These guys were so amazing Steve and Timmy were the most amazing people! Honestly, from the time we walked in with the hostess we were warmly welcomed. We were an hour early and they still sat us. They made amazing recommendations…the hummingbird cocktail was outstanding. Everyone that came to our table, was amazing! This was the first time we ever visited Santa Rosa and the Birdie in the Bottle was so fun. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Honestly, we know that it’s Bird and the Bottle but Spencer was so fun telling us some stories about other people calling at the wrong thing that we just had to do this. Tom was our fantastic server. I can’t stress how much fun we had with these guys. The food was outstanding. The service was so great. Everyone was so friendly. We just felt like we were regulars. It’s definitely a meal we will remember for a long time. Thank you so much guys!!

Terrible service. We came in and nobody greeted us or offer any water, after waiting for a long while we finally asked a server for water. He gave us a such rude attitude and proceeded to pour water all over our menu and table as he was pouring it into the glass. He left and never came back to clean it. After that I really don’t give a dam about anything else.

Sip on wines, craft beers on tap or in bottles, and signature cocktails—by the glass or the shaker to share.

Wrapped up a leisurely Saturday with a fantastic dinner at the Bird. Couldn’t have been a nicer evening.

This fusion restaurant serves food tapas style. I'd gotten mixed reviews from friends, but didn't have an excuse to visit until today.

We ordered cauliflower, lamb, and lion's mane mushrooms to all be brought out at the same time. The cauliflower came out pretty early due to a mixup, but other than that, no complaints about the service.

The meals all arrived beautifully, as expected in this sort of establishment. I'm sure someone with better culinary knowledge than me could offer some sort of critique, but I liked how all of the meals looked.

Unfortunately, everything was too salty, or too heavily spiced. We enjoyed the lamb, and the vegetables on the side of the mushrooms, but neither of us were big fans of the cauliflower. I found myself growing fond of the mushroom as I ate more of it. Either way, none of the food was 'worth' it to me, as something to eat out regularly.

I don't think I'd recommend this establishment or return, but I can definitely see why people enjoy it.

They have a little parking lot in the back. Don't get it mixed up with the salon parking!

Loved the open kitchen and cozy vibe! The wood-fired grill dishes were amazing — perfect for sharing. Great selection of wines, craft beers, and cocktails. A must-try spot in Santa Rosa!

Good little restaurant with a great menu.
Service was very good. We had a last minute addition to our group, and they were very nice in moving us to a bigger table to accommodate us. Our server was a very enthusiastic man with lots of suggestions on drinks and menu items. We received good service and never felt rushed.
We really likes the everything fries, duck sandwiches, pastrami sandwich, and chicken thigh bun. The bread on the sandwiches is actually like bao bun dough but in large size. The sides of marinated veggies were very good. Drinks were well made and very accommodating to requests.
We would definitely recommend for a relaxed lunch on the weekends, but make a reservation.

The food is always solid here, but our server was incredible. Dom(?) helped us, and his attitude and presence during our dinner was great. He was extremely friendly, and overall just had a good vibe. I always recommend this place for the food, but you'll get a little extra bonus if Dom is your server.

Solid fusion restaurant offering small plates and unique flavors. We randomly picked items from the menu and they did not disappoint.

The grill octopus was flavorful but the main key was the side salad. I loved it. Regular fries/chips has a very tasty onion dip. Forget about ketchup, the dip is new way to go; crispy thinly sliced potatoes, you don’t taste the greasy or over fried/old oily soggy fries. Black cod and friend oysters were also good. I would prefer grilled miso cod instead of deep fried cod. Overall, it deserved a high review. They’re pretty darn good.

Food was mostly good and service was horrible. We couldn't find anyone to order more food from, asked for drinks 3x. Acted like they were doing us a favour

We ate here for lunch and enjoyed our meal outdoors. It was a nice day and liked that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. It has a relaxed feel to it with the inside being slightly more upscale feeling. It's next to a two way road, although didn't hear a lot of traffic, which was nice.

This place has small plates, even for lunch, with the option of some larger plate options. I recently heard someone say that the Stark restaurants were going more and more towards shrinkflation and felt that way with this meal. My husband felt the same way that the portion sizes were smaller for the price you pay. I ordered the heirloom tomato and watermelon salad with persian cucumber, barrel aged feta, pine nuts and herbs, and preserved lemon vinergirette. It was very flavorful and since most of it was watermelon didn't feel that it was the most filling, especially since the portions were small.

The service was excellent and everyone was friendly that worked there. Definitely 5/5 for the service alone. The place is popular so I would recommend booking a reservation in advance.

What I disliked the most is that there is a back of the house service charge on all food of 3%. I only noticed this after the reservation was made while looking on their website. I don't feel it's clearly stated on the menu in a way that you noticed or at least I completely missed it. I personally hate that in California it seems like there is a tax on absolutely everything and dislike even more that if I never went to the website I would have never known. I would rather pay more for something for a meal than know you are trying to slide an extra tax without me looking because it's not a great feeling. I personally dislike places with hidden fees because in reality it's not that much, but it's the principal of it all that I strtongly dislike.

Ask for sauces on the side; there’s a little too much Korean inspired sauce over the food to be of liking for my taste profile.

Food is quick but service is slow. It seemed like they had one person covering for two.

My second time coming here. Both times have been fantastic! The food is creative and tasty, easy to carry on a conversation without the loud echo that is in many restaurants. Fried chicken, one of my favorites and all the desserts in particular the carrot cake completes your meal. I'll be back!
