Love this restaurant, service outstanding, ambience great and have been many times. We asked for one simple thing that was refused by the chef. The menu has changed and we were sharing the plates. They no longer have the small burgers or sliders on the menu. We asked for the burger to be cut in quarters and the server told us the chef/kitchen would not honor our request as it change the aesthetic of the presentation..... Its a burger, so ridiculous.

Too bad five stars is as high as this goes. We eat out pretty often and have been to bird and the bottle before, but this time we brought some friends. As a result, we ordered almost everything on the menu (well, maybe just half.) Each dish was better than the last. Such a great restaurant!

We tried the Cornbread, Australian Shrimp and Beef slider. All excellent choices and delicious. The margarita drink with tajin was perfect. Loved the interior, it's lively with great servers. We live about an hour away and will definitely return. Be sure to make a reservation in advance because this place can fill up fast. The food is amazing.

Delicious fusion food! Was nicely surprised by the wonderful flavor combos. Enjoyed the ahi poke bowl, pastrami and kimchi sandwich and the warm spinach salad. The waiter was friendly and made good suggestions. Will definitely be back.

Ate dinner on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised at the delicious cocktails and food. Heads up, the menu is somewhat tapas style so be sure to share your food!

The food is mediocre at best. Overcooked octopus. Bao bun meals were fantastic ideas, poor execution. Nothing here really makes one want to come back.

We loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Me and my spouse shared the gem salad, the miso black cod and pork ribs. The black cherry ice cream desert was a very good finishing touch.

We hit their Saturday Happy Hour and it was a home run! The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We loved the appetizers - the Everything Spiced Fries and Miso Good Guac were both outstanding. Highly recommend the Shiso Pretty cocktail, it was a perfect pairing. A must-try, highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, we had such a wonderful night at the Birdie bottle! These guys were so amazing Steve and Timmy were the most amazing people! Honestly, from the time we walked in with the hostess we were warmly welcomed. We were an hour early and they still sat us. They made amazing recommendations…the hummingbird cocktail was outstanding. Everyone that came to our table, was amazing! This was the first time we ever visited Santa Rosa and the Birdie in the Bottle was so fun. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Honestly, we know that it’s Bird and the Bottle but Spencer was so fun telling us some stories about other people calling at the wrong thing that we just had to do this. Tom was our fantastic server. I can’t stress how much fun we had with these guys. The food was outstanding. The service was so great. Everyone was so friendly. We just felt like we were regulars. It’s definitely a meal we will remember for a long time. Thank you so much guys!!

Terrible service. We came in and nobody greeted us or offer any water, after waiting for a long while we finally asked a server for water. He gave us a such rude attitude and proceeded to pour water all over our menu and table as he was pouring it into the glass. He left and never came back to clean it. After that I really don’t give a dam about anything else.

Good food, well presented. Service from the kitchen could have been better i.e. we both ordered a salad and a main course. The main course was served about 3 minutes after the salad. I prefer to eat one course before going to the next, not to have it all on the table at once. I had the lamb meat balls and my wife had the black cod. Both were very good
