Absolutely horrible service and food. Won't be going back. We were seated quickly and then forgotten. Waited forever for someone to come take our order. Waitress never checked on us ... water remained empty, no opportunity to ask for a spoon so kids could eat.

I had a wonderful time at BJs with amazing service! Our server was Faith and she was so kind!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience I had at BJ’s Restaurant deserves recognition—especially because of our outstanding server, Faith.
From the moment we were seated, Faith set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. She greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right moments.
What really stood out was her knowledge of the menu and how she helped guide us through some tough choices with spot-on recommendations (the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and Pizookie were absolutely perfect!). She anticipated our needs before we even asked—refilling drinks, bringing extra napkins, and even offering to split the check without us having to ask.
Faith’s professionalism, kindness, and upbeat energy made what could have been a regular dinner feel like a special occasion. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her guests.
BJ’s is lucky to have someone like Faith on their team. If you're dining here, ask for her by name—you won’t be disappointed.

Cheyenne was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and great service really made our visit to BJ’s Brewhouse enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her!
