Came in early in the AM, asked for a late check out, cleaning people banged on my door at 750am and ruined my sleep, then they were all loud chatty in the hallway, front desk said they wouldn't do anything to help me out, not even a free breakfast which I did book on the 3rd part app and it didn't go through.. also our AC stopped working at 9am which made it really uncomfortable, it was also super loud, sounded like a bathroom exhaust fan

I was looking forward to staying at the Hyatt, because I had in the past and really liked the location. Easy walk to restaurants and a nice outdoor patio. I was, however, disappointed by the state of the Hotel. It is aging, and not well. In addition, the desk was not clean when we go to our room. Crumbs on it, and we just had to clean it ourselves. Not a big deal, except if what is visible was not cleaned, what about the rest? Also, I had to request a new Iron because the one in the room had dirt on the bottom and i could not use it. Finally, there are so many additional fees that it ends up being too much money for the quality. Still not too bad of a hotel, just not good enough for the money.

been a consistent customer for about a year, amazing buffet for 28 and beautiful menu items. So upsetting to come into the restaurant to see that theres Nothing to offer at the buffet, No meat no berries, and the menu is way more expensive and you get less than what you pay for!?? Disappointing and terrible look for a hyatt

Nice rooms but dated. The older construction has single pane windows that let in all the road noise and happy revelers downstairs. The shower looked nice, but the glass doors don't slide open or closed easy, more like Scrape open.No lotion in the room, no regular coffee, someone else's hair all over the room.......

Great location, lovely hotel and grounds and helpful and polite staff. However I got into a situation with the wifi that was a wild goose chase with the front desk, tech support with the wifi company, back to the front desk, a technician they sent to the room who couldn't do anything, and finally the manager's office before I just gave up. With each step of the process I had to go into a long detailed explanation of everything I had already done and everyone I had already talked to, and then a long process of getting them to actually understand what I was saying and the situation. Finally I just gave up, didn't follow back up with the manager, just continued to use the slower free wifi cause it just wasn't worth it. Aside from that struggle though, I found the staff to be very polite and welcoming.

I was truly disappointed with my experience. We were visiting from overseas and stayed at the Hyatt Regency expecting it to be a great hotel. Instead, the sheets on our bed were stained so we had to request a new room. The phone in our new room was broken so we couldn’t use it to contact reception. I told the front desk twice that our phone was broken and nothing was done even though they said they would look into it. The front desk tried to give us vouchers for wineries but they were expired vouchers. The hotel overall looks very rundown and old which was disappointing. The hotel was extremely expensive for what it was and we were not happy. We will not be coming back or recommending this to our friends unfortunately.

Nice dog friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would rate 5 stars, but the parking and destination fee is a bummer. They claim destination fee is for early morning coffee, Friday wine tasting, and other amenities. This charge would make sense if there was wine tasting every day, but it's only Fridays. Maybe reduce this fee if someone stays on other days of the week.

Ordered food via door dash and someone stole it.

Basic comfortable hotel except two important things: the walls are paper thin (and the staff have loud conversations in the hallways throughout the morning), and parking is $18!

Several days after checking out additional fees appeared on my credit card. Room was paid in advance but they tacked on resort and parking fees that nearly doubled the cost of a nightly stay.

I recently had a long stay at this hotel and had a wonderful time. All of the staff I interacted with was incredibly kind and attentive. I had multiples meals at the Railroad Stop, all of them were delicious. Over the weekend they had a breakfast buffet I really enjoyed, during the weekdays I enjoyed their breakfast menu. The bar in the lobby has a very pleasant bar tender and a fun assortment of drinks. I enjoyed my Saturday evening s’mores by the fire outside. I’d highly recommend walking around the property, the courtyards in back are very pleasant and provide easy access to more trails along Santa Rosa Creek.Walkability: Another great feature of the hotel is that it’s only a walk across the street to all of the cute shops and delicious restaurants in the Santa Rosa Railroad district. It also took me less than 15 minutes to walk over to downtown which has even more to offer. Definitely a great base hotel for getting a full Santa Rosa experience.Food & drinks: I had multiples meals at the Railroad Stop, all of them were delicious. The view is beautiful, the room is medium sized but clean, the only downside is that there is a fee for parking!

Great location. Excellent staff. I had a n issue after Checkout and the team was still very helpful, & accommodating. My travel partner and I had a wonderful evening drinking wine by the fire pit. An absolute gem.I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. The BadThe bathrooms s were my least favorite. There wasn’t any way to get high pressure from both shower heads at the same time. And the angle of the movable head was always awkward for someone more tall. The toilet had a low pressure flush. I had a frustrating clog because if it.Walkability: Shops, stores, and restaurants are within walking distanceFood & drinks: The bar was fantastic and of course had a great wine selection.

I was so disappointed this time.No enough parking for residents parking because the hotel held the conference. Most parking spots were parked by people whom came for the conference.1.We went back hotel around 8:30 pm and there are no parking so we were staying in the car until around 10 pm.2.The room next to us was hella loud at 11:00 pm.we called the front desk to reported them.and they kept making noise at midnight.w totally called 3 times to front desk around 11 pm, 2 pm and 4 pm.They finally stop around 4:20.when their guests left, they were talking loudly in the hallway around 10 mins.It was my big nightmare for staying .we only slept 4-5 hours from 4:30 am.It's a really ridiculous experience.i had an email to customer service after a day.Noteworthy details: No enough parking. The room is too loudly
