The food is not worth the money these days. Ordered large fries with my sandwich. It's like 15 bucks. They don't even fill the fries up. It's a medium container and don't even fill the fries up to mention the burger looks sad and smashed, just not worth the money

I went here bought some food for takeout went out to my vehicle in the parking lot to eat my food and not more than 10 minutes later two sheriffs showed up and proceeded to harass me about my shuttle bus being parked in the parking lot where I had just bought food and was sitting there eating it. I wasn't doing anything wrong and I knew it and I'm very well aware of my rights and it's private property but it just made me lose my appetite and I won't be going back to that restaurant again. I went back inside the restaurant to get something to drink and the manager asked me if that was my bus parked in the parking lot to which I responded Yes that's mine, she said you've been here for 20 minutes you got 30 minutes and you have to leave. This place is more concerned with how long you're parked in their parking lot versus how well they treat their customers. Horrible place to eat if you happen to park in the parking lot in a commercial vehicle. 🤮

DONT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT AND EAT YOUR FOOD IF YOURE THERE IN A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE, THE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT WILL BE ALARMED AND CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO HARASS YOU ABOUT.......BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER, SITTING IN THE PARKING LOT ENJOYING THE FOOD YOU JUST BOUGHT MINDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS ON ANY GIVEN DAY OF THE WEEK, FOR NO REASON, YOU BIG COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DRIVING THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY! HOW DARE YOU! UGH!

Incredible rude drive thru cashier, when I was asking for a manager She was answering me with a sarcastic smile “I’m the manager “ , bad service, and poor food quality, I’ll never, never going to come back to this place.

It does not indicate anywhere where the inside is closed at 10. I came by shortly thereafter to surprisingly find that out. So I tried to ride my bike through the drive-thru, no one was there besides me. I hollered at the box with no acknowledgement, so I went around to the window. I had to wrap on the glass to get anyone to notice me. And that's when Reyna opened the window to tell me they don't serve anyone on bicycles. There's no sign indicating that anywhere. I asked if I could come inside and order real quick. Reyna said no. She had no solution to this conundrum. She turned away a paying customer leaving me hungry and made to feel less-than, all because I don't have a car currently and that makes me a second class citizen with fewer options to choose from. Reyna had no problem turning me away and didn't even try to leave me as a satisfied customer. Her managing experience should be under scrutiny and any higher ups that perpetuate this set of rules should also be scrutinized.
A hungry paying customer was turned away and made to feel like they don't matter. Nothing was offered in ways of compensation, just more hollow apologies of "I don't want to lose my job". If that's your attitude, you shouldn't be in customer service anyways. I really don't want to spend any money here, I'll suffer the gift card I was given but after that, I willingly will not choose to go here.
Poor business practices go beyond what a new coat of paint can cover up and hide.

This Burger King SUCKS!!! We tried to order/eat inside. Waited 10 minutes, ignored the entire time, only to be told to order at kiosk. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NEVER go back to this Burger King (Stony Point Rd. Santa Rosa), ever again. That Manager should be FIRED!!!

Bad service they have a bunch of little kids that spend more time talking than working, they were not only making jokes about my weight but also charged me extra for extra things I asked for then gave me the most plain burgers imaginable I wanted to go back there but I don’t feel like going back and forth with a little kid. I paid extra for extra sauce and 2x cheese sauce and cheese are definitely not there.

Busy running errands figure, hey, why not grab some B.K , The prices are crazy I feel like I'm paying for the remodel they did, lol ? ?. The food portions are super small and not worth the price .
