Ordered her on 3 occasions. Food was amazing each time. But the service absolutely terrible. What happened to communication, a helpful attitude, and just being kind. Also food takes forever to be prepared no matter the time or day.

Killer burgers. Super delicious and charry flavor, and the price is right. Thanks you guys!

I come here at least once a week because I realized they have the same tasting burger as Gotts for a cheaper price! Their shack burger is solid: basic burger with general fixings and their shack sauce. I think its garlic aioli but it's so good. Fries are always fresh and hot and slightly salted. Shakes are so-so but it's made with soft serve so, yum to me. Also they're a family ran spot and I always see the same gals running the counter and food. Also their dad running the bar. Great customer service even if its just to take an order and go.

Awesome fries (every single variation), awesome jalapeño poppers, and awesome veggie burger. By veggie burger I don't mean the impossible burger or the beyond meat burger, because I don't care for imitation meat. I really think the regular veggie burger is to die for. Everything tastes so fresh and cooked to perfection. So simple, yet so good. This is a family owned business and the family is so sweet and kind. I missed this place so much during lockdown and I'm so happy it's back up and running.

My first time trying Burger Shack and it was with delivery. I was a bit worried about getting a cold burger and fries because we don't live very close, but I thought I'd take the chance. The first thing I noticed about the order was how carefully packaged everything was. Whoever put everything together took great care to make sure the food would stay warm (many thanks). That set the tone. The Shack burger was outstanding. Cooked perfectly, well seasoned and juicy without being greasy. The fries were amazing. Nice and crispy, salted perfectly and not oily. Same for the onion rings. They can sometimes be a mound of oil, but not Burger Shack's. The rings were coated with a tasty batter and very crunchy, again without being oily. Lastly we tried a corn dog and it was delicious. Not surprisingly, it too was not oily. I don't do a lot of reviews, but after this meal, I feel compelled to talk about my experience. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Great burger! Great attention to detail! I'm ready to order again.

Solid burger spot that gives some other "shack" a run for its money. But they're totally different beasts of course. Burger Shack has a mom-and-pop small business kind of feel vs. a corporate clone. The shack burger is tasty - patty is well-seasoned and has a nice char to it. Complete with lettuce, tomato, cheese and "shack" sauce. Pair it with curly fries because curly fries always makes things more fun. Add a drink and you'll top out between $10-$15. They also have milkshakes and a full bar if sodas just don't do it for you. It's clean, efficient, and offers a tasty burger. Not bad for being by the Wharf - definitely not a tourist trap.

I never really write reviews but after taking a couple of bites of my yummy burger I just felt like I had to? The BF and I were tipsy and hungry after a couple of beers at Kennedy's and I was particularly craving shake shack or really any smash patty typa joint but I didn't really wanna spend the time making it over to cow hollow and I definitely didn't wanna wait or be let down by possible mediocre food quality and service so we took to yelp and found ourselves here at Burger Shack. I ordered a quarter pound shack burger with bacon, grilled onions, and American cheese with a side of curly fries and a soda. I spent around $15 total. Our order came out within maybe 5/6 minutes, certainly well under 10 minutes and although we ordered separately, our food came to us together and all at once. My burger was cooked perfectly to my standards of medium/ medium well and although I didn't specify how I wanted my meat cooked Im sure you could. I noticed how fresh it was as soon as I bit into it and that delicious meat juice dripped down my hands. It was very juicy but not greasy. Patty itself was a bit thicker than a usual smash patty but not by much and the meat itself wasn't too flavorful and while I usually prefer a saltier patty the toppings balanced it out really well so I was grateful in the end. The onions were somewhere between grilled and caramelized..Bacon was yummy..Lettuce and Tomato were fresh and crisp.. shack sauce also pretty yummy, very savory/salty though. All around a super solid burger. Curly fries were also fresh, really hot and crispy but not greasy which seems to be a running theme here. BF got sweet potato fries that were also solid and a banana milkshake that killed it! Super creamy and I got chunks of perfectly ripe bananas when I stole some sips... YUM! I'm really happy we chose to stop by here on a whim. I'm giving Burger Shack 5 stars because I was served served yummy FRESH food in under 10 minutes at a reasonable price that really hit the spot which was really everything my tipsy, close-to -hangry self could've asked for. Not to mention I came in 20 minutes before closing time! I'll be coming back- really curious about the corn dogs and if everything would still be such a hit during a busier time. Tipsy or not, I can recognize a great burger from a shitty one... Give this place a shot!

Probably one of the best burger I have ever tried. Location is also very good for quick pick. loved the ambiance too. Must try.

Pretty decent burger! They were very quick and accommodating of the changes to our order. It was an additional $0.75 to get a piece of cheese, $1.50 for avocado and $1.50 for bacon. The burgers are pretty flat, similar to that of Smashburger.

Our local spot for a good burger and they have Impossible burgers!! Add a fried egg for extra protein and a beer to relax! Kids enjoy all the fry choices: curly, regular, sweet potatoes, onion rings and my favorite jalapeño poppers! The staff is friendly and the service is fast!

I've walked by this place for years and only just now tried it out. Shared an order of the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, 1/4lb Shack Burger, and Onion Rings. The Chicken Sandwich was good, but had the potential to have something more. Maybe a more flavorful sauce or a different textured slaw. The burger was really good! The only downfall was the way the condiments were added since this made the bun too slipper, the lettuce too soggy and warm, etc. A slight tragedy! The Onion Rings were solid. All went well with our beers. Overall, great spot! Happy to find a solid burger spot that isn't Sam's or In n Out in the area.
