I don't understand why the manager says that at 2:00 a.m. there's no late night meal because if you're not serving breakfast at 2:00 a.m. that would be late night wouldn't it.... So what is his late night meal I should be able to get that at 2:00 a.m. I don't understand why I can't don't call it that if I can't get it late night that's ridiculous

A little dated interior but the woman who helped us was pleasant and efficient. She worked the drive up window and the counter smoothly and the food was what was expected.

Doesn't serve breakfast all day, can't get breakfast at 3am, nowhere on your stupid website or google maps does it list your breakfast hours. I drove 20 minutes for breakfast and couldn't get anything I wanted. Your phone number doesn't work so I can't call in advance, horrible company, horrible customer service.

The drive thru staff is always super friendly and helpful, even late at night! Normally going to get fast food late at night at other places means unusually poor service or messed up orders but Carls Jr. has good fresh food and nice employees, even when everything else has already closed :)

Today on Jan 5 2025 I ordered a famous star with cheese asked specifically for no ketchup and they still managed to give me ketchup. I live 20 minutes from there and when i opened my burger, there was ketchup. Very disappointedbecause I had no time to return to get a better burger. :(

August 18th 2021 i came to this carls jr. in deep reconcile and deep sickness. poisoned from a jack in the box milk shake, i ran into the carls jr. in seek of a bathroom and refuge. the women at the front desk treated me with a bathroom key and said quote, “good luck” as i sprinted to the bathroom. on my way i saw a man who looked like santa claus as he cheered, “run kid run!!!” i made it to the bathroom and completely emptied my insides into the toilet. and then as i thought i was done, i took a look at the wall to my left, and threw up EVERYWHERE. i write this review in apology of escaping without cleaning it up as i was embarrassed and ashamed.

One of the staff on the Monday closing shift took a bite out of my chocolate cake. Be careful where you eat so glad I noticed before I started eating. Had to throw all the food out. We weren’t rude when we ordered maybe the young girl at the cash register was on some substance or hungry. Inspect your food before you eat here.

Drive-thru machine was broken had to order through the window I already had placed my order online and it said it was going to be ready at 9:16 due to the machine being broken I got my order till 9:46 because there was only a drive-thru option
