MAURICIO IS THE GOAT 💯💯💯
The drinks were fine, but the food was literally tasteless. Every element of my meal, from the chicken to the potatoes to the carrots to the gravy had no taste. Even their natural flavor was gone. Sadly, I couldn’t eat the meal. If the food was edible it would have been a lovely little spot to eat. I would just be cautious about what you order from this location or request a lot of salt and pepper that you can add to your meal.
I love the burgers and the fish tacos - everything very nice and fresh, well seasoned and plentiful portions. The owner's a very pleasant guy and his bartenders are good as well. Priced well for the area, and good happy hour prices as well. Only thing I would change is the atmosphere - there's a TV over the bar ( it's hard to find a place nowadays that doesn't have that) and I like it best when they're playing music in the background. Really nice, casual dining spot to chill out after work with friends and/or colleagues. Parking nearby on 4th Street or Humboldt is usually easy to find and it's quickly becoming a regular hangout for me and some of my friends.
The service was good, the steak was good, though it lacked mushrooms. The whiskey sauce was not enough though it was good. The garlic potatoes were dry and the carrots weren't cooked enough.
First and last time here. Drinks were ridiculously f pricey.
One of the restaurants I visit when I am in Santa Rosa. Great burgers, great service, super friendly staff. Carmen's is a must visit if you are hungry for a quality burger

Excellent food and value in downtown Santa Rosa. Great feel but outdoor dining is limited to a couple of tables.

Best burger joint since I’ve been out of Texas. Hell they’re better than the ones I get in Texas unless they’re made by my granddad or my mother. I ordered a cable car as an apéritif that was expertly made. The burger I ordered was The Bottle Cap Burger. Yknow how most burger places have either an Awesome burger or Awesome fries? Well this place has both.
My only regrets were not catching the bartenders name and not having room for desert. I will be back.
Bottom line Amazing food, Amazing drink, and nice quiet place to focus on the food and forget the world out side.
Thank you for the burger.

Afternoon burger was alright. The soup was delicious. I saw someone at a different table ordered a pasta that looked good. Sport were on the TV. It got the job done. The area has some life to it.

Got the lunch burger today and it was yummy! Nice quiet atmosphere and Jimmy did an excellent job with making my margarita. My burger also reminded me of growing up and grilling some burgers during a warm summer afternoon. Hidden gem here!
