4 stars for now because I’ve only three items of their menu. The fries with that jelly is soooo good. Sope was good but the price for it was not, especially extra for meat. The taquitos seem like they were premade and then deep fried. The customer service was fine. The atmosphere is nice. Happy hour at 3pm-6 everyday. I believe these are the same owners of Crepevine who seem to be nice when I see them.

Delicious food. Great flavor and creative spin on the Chile Relleno. I will make this a frequent stop when I travel to the area.

My husband and I have never had a bad meal there, and the waitresses are of the friendliest variety and never cease to check to see if there is something else they can do for us.
Parking: No problem with parking, there’s plenty of room in the lot.

We tend to be forgotten when outside on the patio only occasionally, most of the time it’s great.

This place looks good, the food is delicious but the customer service SUCKS. Our server had ZERO personality and when she finally brought my food 25 minutes after everyone else in my party got their food and I said my order took way too long, she barely said she was sorry with no sincerity. I was prepared to give her no tip, she did redeem herself a bit by taking my order off the bill (and btw I got the carnitas tacos and they were delicious). I wouldn’t dine there again, but I would get an order to go for sure.

Cascabel is is located right nextdoor to Luckys grocery store, has wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and restrooms. The layout of the place is very wheelchair friendly. We were ordering to go and was greeted by a very friendly young lady who was happy to take our order to go. The atmosphere is divided between the bar vibes and the restaurant vibe so if you're looking for a quiet cozy meal this is not the place. The menu is written partially in another language which is confusing, but what is not confusing are the prices! They are priced too high mostly because these times everyone is hurting for money and a $17 omlete is asking a lot. With a price tag like that I was expecting a great omlete and that was not the case. I paid for three of us to to have the worst omlete we have ever tasted. It was so bland with no flavor. My daughter threw hers out and so did my granddaughter. I ate half because I don't have $60 to throw away. I will not be returning to Cascabel. I'll wait to see what they put in the building next. I don't see that food lasting over a year there.

Do not waste your money! The worst “Mexican” food I’ve tasted. TASTELESS disappointed to say the least.
Servers were very friendly.

When in town, this has been a great place to meet up with family. Plenty of seating, the best staff, and generous servings. Compared to previous visits, the restaurant showed some signs of age (the back patio wasn't as inviting as I had remembered it).
Many of our dishes came with a beautiful side salad. Husband had the Barbacoa, which was super generous in size but a tad dry. He just doctored it with some salsa. Speaking of salsa, I appreciate that our server brought my grammy a milder one and 2 hotter ? salsas for me. I basically used my fish tacos as vehicles for all the tasty salsas.
Did I mention the great staff? We'll definitely come again (maybe try different dishes) because the staff are wonderful and make you feel at home here.
