We went for Thanksgiving, they had a full Thanksgiving buffet with all the trimmings. Turkey, Ham, Stuffing, Mashed Potato, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, dessert bar and full taco bar, unlimited champagne and mimosas!!! A bunch of other food as well!!!! We all enjoyed our food and are definitely planning on going next Thanksgiving! Wish they would have a taco bar throughout the year!!!!

I made a reservation for the Thanksgiving buffet. I have to admit my expectations were in the mid range. Boy did they blow me away. The buffet was huge. It had everything you could ever want. Hispanic food and traditional American Thanksgiving food. They had an incredible dessert bar and a salad bar and a kids bar. To top it off bottomless mimosas. And on top of all that the friendliest staff you could ever imagine. I'm new in town so this was a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you so much to all of your staff. I will return.

Caesar, the bar tender and server was great! He was upbeat and helpful. Sue, the manager, came around to see how it was going and she was very polite and knowledgeable. My guest and I had a great time! Nice lunch menu.

Chey's at Railroad Square in Santa Rosa is one of our favorite spots to grab a great lunch. Free parking lot is definitely a treat in an otherwise paid meter area for blocks and blocks. The entire staff from the nice blond woman up front to all the servers and bartender and manager. Armando is an excellent waiter and very attentive and dedicated. We've been going for years now and it's always been a pleasure. In this changing world it's comforting to have such a warm and welcoming treat. With restaurant prices on the rise , Chevys by far is the best option for a pleasant and affordable dining experience.

Great place for large groups. Our server was attentive and made sure our drinks and food were to our liking. Chevy's has become our go to place for large group meet ups. We don't have to wait for the entire party to be present before they seat you unlike some other restaurants.

The parking lot smelled foul exhaust coming from restaurant. that should have been our sign. It was early 6pm the dining room was empty. The table was a bit sticky and we could not get someone to wipe it down. We ordered an appetizer “queso dip”, drinks, a 5 item super combo and a 2 item dinner. The waiter appeared as if he struggled with the English language, and kept repeating our request and pointing to the menu. The Gueso Dip with chips arrived with an over fried french fry mixed with the chips. It was a bit thin for queso, when dipping it ran off the chip. Clearly thinned out with a strange taste- we couldn’t eat it. The meal came and over seasoned and over cooked. The waiter never checked backed with us, we ended not able to eat the dinner, as everything was a bit off. If you are going to cook a chile relleno, with the stem attached you should make sure the stem is left visible , so one doesn’t have to saw through the stem to cut their relleno. We can not recommend and will never return. What a disappoint.!

I came in with my family (about 10 of us) for my father’s birthday and we got a few entrees but most of us got the buffet which was delicious. They had a variety of food & we loved it. Our server I believe her name was Sarah was very helpful and attentive making sure we always had everything we needed. When she first greeted us she asked if we had any allergies she should let the kitchen know about which I thought was very thoughtful. She was very nice and even though we were a big party she gave us one of the best service we had at a restaurant. As we were leaving we asked for some boxes and she brought some over and a few minutes later a manager came over and very rudely told us we can not take the food home and he singled out my sister which made her very uncomfortable. After that encounter we were very upset so we complained to the other manager but I am not sure he took our complaint seriously. Sarah then came over with the bill and let us know that one of our meals would be comped for the inconvenience which we appreciated but after our encounter with the manager our night was pretty much ruined. The service was amazing and the food was delicious but the managerial staff needs improvement.

We visited Santa Rosa from Los Angeles and wanted to have Mexican food, so we went online, decided to come to Chevy’s and are glad we did! Sara was our server and gave us the most outstanding customer service. We liked the food and drinks so much that we came back the next night to try something else on the menu. The food and drinks are outstanding, along with the freshly made salsa guacamole and tortillas. Order the fajita salad made with shrimp, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

She was so friendly, kind, and welcoming — her service was top-notch! She also made the best table-side guacamole we’ve ever had, all with the biggest smile.
