When this place was China legend it was great. But sadly now their Generals chicken sauce is chunky for some reason and the hot and sour soup was bland and filled with tomatoes. Who tf puts Chopped tomatoes in hot/sour soup?
I’m stoked. Finally a Chinese restaurant to give others in the area a run for the money. Very friendly staff, and the restaurant is clean. The lamb hotpot is legit. Lots of stuff inside a simmering cauldron of soup served on the table. We got the spicy version and it did not disappoint. The numbing sensation of the Szechuan peppercorns was unmistakable. Not sure, this might be the only hotpot north of the Golden Gate Bridge The beef chow fun was GOOD! Sometimes versions...
My new go to local Chinese restaurant. Unbeatable value for high-quality food in large portions. Flavor and texture never misses. Pleasant owner that's friendly and welcoming. Support local businesses folks, especially if they offer delicious food!
