Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went there earlier today and I order from the app one burrito and three tacos and when I got home and opened the food I realize that there was pretty much no chicken in the tacos and I got the honey Chicken and it cost extra they put around three piece of chicken in each taco and my burrito was pretty much a rice burrito and I payed for double protein on that one

Rude staff, gross food. Outside eating area dirty and dead cockroaches. The location is the worst in Santa Rosa. Petaluma is the best one.

Food was amazing and tasty the Associate names Rico knows what he is doing! he is friendly and has a positive attitude making the establishment really come to life and give me a great chipotle experience next time i come back i really hope the energy is there!

Update: the quality has improved. I have had no problems in the last year or two.
Codingtown location is always out of staples on weekends. The rice was crunchy. The beans were undercooked on another occasion. Toward the end of the shift they stretch the ingredients to keep from running out.

rude little latino girl at the counter serving miserable bc she is working nights. zero customer service. above average skimpiness on everything, decent food but the pettiness and double charging just to get a fair portion is crazy. suppose to be 4 oz of chicken if you get 3 tacos i used to work at chipotle!!! lucky if you get 2! i always have to add extra just to get 4 oz. not the best spot, santa rosa ave much better and friendly

Went in today and was greeted by a not so friendly worker told her I wanted a bowel and asked for brown rice she gave me less than half a spoon and then asked for black beans and she gave me less than half and I told her that was such a small amount and she ignored me and moved on. I then asked for chicken and that was also less than half a spoon. When I went to pay I told the girl at register that I was not going to pay $13 for such little food and she told me that I could of requested more food I told her that I was not aware that I could do that because in the past I was always given, I thought, a fair amount of food. I told her once again that I was not paying for food. These two young ladies were rude and sarcastic and I felt that I was not welcomed there. I truly do love eating at Chipotle and have always been treated kind and with politeness maybe you should remind them that it isn’t customers fault if they are having a bad day and that they feel that they can mistreat us.
