Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is so hit and miss. Portion size always being the problem but it’s next to my shop so I go out of convenience. This is today’s burrito with double meat. Receipt there for proof and to see how dang small this was.

They made my bowl I was waiting for the last items they where skimpy with the meat I shouldn'tbe surprised. I already paid I was waiting for my food 2 different people tried to charge me again. When the 3rd person tried to charge me again my food was done she just walked away she didn't put it in a bag or anything. I had to bag my own order what the bs lazy employees, they want me to pay 3 times the amount but they won't bag up my order screw them.
So someone responded to my review but didn't mention the horrible service and them trying to charge me 3 times so they are just pretending that didn't happen more bs screw who ever responded thanks for nothing

The two workers were so rude. The femsle particularly. Felt like she could give a shot what she was shoveling into a bowl and kept getting the order wrong. Not listening. I got A salad and he didnt even offer a utensil. Wow not good.

Then I got there the food looked like it was sitting a long time and dryed out it tasted bad I should have taking it back and got a refund

Kudos to the staff tonight! Place was running smoothly. There were plenty of options available and they wrapped my burrito just right. Hope this review helps get this place the higher ranking it deserves.

Visited twice. And twice (once in store and once online) they got our orders wrong. Oh well, no harm done. Still would be good to see more consistency. People were friendly though and the store was clean and has lots of seating.

Always good food. Service is 3 stars because all they have to do is take your order according to what you want in your burrito or bowl, etc. It’s not a formal restaurant so they don’t really do much “service.” I dine at Chipotle every now and then, it’s easier to get via DoorDash, but I end up spending a good amount of time when I dine in. One of the only restaurants that doesn’t force or enforce tips!

Whoever works there is rude. I picked up an order for my husband last week. They did not give us the drink. Because we live a few miles away I did not want to go back and get it. It will waste time and gas, just for a drink. And today I picked an order again. I reminded the workers and told them they forgot to give me the drink last time. I didn’t even tell them they needed to give me the drink back. All I hope they can work better on that. But there was one old lady who was all pissed and told me:” Well, we can not do anything if just from last week. “ She won’t let me finish my sentence.

And after I said it again, they forgot the drink last time. I said I just telling you so you won't another time. They were like” Oh, okay” and ignored me! This is just rude and bad service, no sorry and thank you or anything.

That is why the reason is 1 star. If I could I will give zero.

Let me straight get to the point. This is one of the worst chipotle in Sonoma county. Staff's bad behavior. The store was not clean and after me and my associate ordered a burrito with a very small amount of meat that hardly was visible , we both got diarrhea. Employees were disrespectful and mean without paying attention to my request. Avoid buying food at this branch if you care about your health.

Really rude staff. Clearly they are not happy in the service industry.

Nothing but attitude and small portions. Very small portions. Especially on the barbacoa and carnitas. It’s like they take joy in serving you the smallest possible portion size.

Being greeted with “what do you want” and an angry look on their face instead of “good morning/afternoon, how can I help you” is a huge turn off.

Additionally, they do NOT listen to directions. They rush as fast as they can to throw the food into the bowl, without any consideration of what the customer wants. “Can I get a half scoop of that please?” Full scoop. Right in the middle. Not spread around.

This place is a joke. I’m going back to taquerias.

this is the worst place, the people who work there are so wasteful. they throw away your food, blame it on you, and then remake it. its really pitiful. loud rap music blasting in the backround. its just terrible. so abusive and mean. i just dont get it.
