Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m sure no one decides to get chipotle based on reviews, but having gone to over 100 different Chipotle locations in my life (at least), the previous reviews are legit. Easily the least meat I have ever received in a Chipotle burrito.

Ordered a steak bowl and got a “kids meal” instead. Rice, beans and steak portions were so small that I wanted to take a picture but staff wouldn’t let me. Others in the restaurant had the same complaint.
Had to amend my post. As I was walking out the same staff member who served me, now on his lunch break, had a burrito so big that it was literally falling apart into a bowl that he served it in. He couldn’t pick it up.

My wife and I ordered online, we asked for her burrito with double meat and her burrito was all rice. Upon arrival, I kindly waited to the side where the sign clearly stated “online order pickup” and was questioned why I was standing to the side. When I replied oh I’m just here for an online pickup order the employee there caught an attitude and so oh well this is going to be a while so can you move. Then when I got my order they shoved the food to the bottom of the bag and it leaked through in my car. Terrible customer services and poor handling of food. Tried to get the order remade or a partial refund but was told that wasn’t possible and instead was offered 2 free entrees. DONT GO HERE!

I enjoy Chipotle food. The beans and rice are flavorful. The service is always good, they are attentive. I highly recommend Chipotle.

It was a bit dirty inside but nice people serving food. Small size but asked for more meat and they deliver. Just ask big burrito gal.

This location is so hit and miss. Portion size always being the problem but it’s next to my shop so I go out of convenience. This is today’s burrito with double meat. Receipt there for proof and to see how dang small this was.

They made my bowl I was waiting for the last items they where skimpy with the meat I shouldn'tbe surprised. I already paid I was waiting for my food 2 different people tried to charge me again. When the 3rd person tried to charge me again my food was done she just walked away she didn't put it in a bag or anything. I had to bag my own order what the bs lazy employees, they want me to pay 3 times the amount but they won't bag up my order screw them.
So someone responded to my review but didn't mention the horrible service and them trying to charge me 3 times so they are just pretending that didn't happen more bs screw who ever responded thanks for nothing

The two workers were so rude. The femsle particularly. Felt like she could give a shot what she was shoveling into a bowl and kept getting the order wrong. Not listening. I got A salad and he didnt even offer a utensil. Wow not good.

Kudos to the staff tonight! Place was running smoothly. There were plenty of options available and they wrapped my burrito just right. Hope this review helps get this place the higher ranking it deserves.

Visited twice. And twice (once in store and once online) they got our orders wrong. Oh well, no harm done. Still would be good to see more consistency. People were friendly though and the store was clean and has lots of seating.
