Service was terrible. Made a reservation for 2 people at 6:15pm, we got there exactly on time and were sat immediately. We were brought water, menus and a sample of wine. After that, no one even looked in our direction until we got up and left at 6:40pm. No one even came by to say, “sorry we’re busy, we’ll be with you soon.” Highly disappointing as their food looked and smelled amazing.

Food was good but not great, 4/5. Pizza took longer than expected (compared to other non-chain Italian restaurants who served a bit better pizza). Our server was polite but we regularly felt like we were being rushed, and this was odd since less than half of the tables were occupied. If she was worried about reservations that would come later, there would be seats available. 1st instance of being asked if we were done, my kids and husband were still obviously eating. 2nd instance I understand as my daughter, who was not yet done, needed to take a restroom break and was not at her seat at that point. My daughter comes back from the restroom, said she wanted to pack her food, so we started to add her leftover meatballs to one box and in the process, our server again asks for the 3rd time if we were done. My daughter had several pieces of ravioli on her plate that she wanted to pack for home too, but before we could respond, our server took the plate already. I did not say anything anymore at this point since the server seemed pretty determined to move us along. Decor and ambience was nice, but that sense of being rushed was just overpowering, considering we had not bugged her for the pizza prep taking longer than expected, and no, I am not comparing the pizza prep time to pizza fastfood chains but to Italian restaurants similar to Cibo.

The food was amazing. The TERMITES that were all over and would not leave us alone? Not so much. There were hundreds. In the third photo all those little black dots are termites on the floor.

Went for Sonoma County Restaurant Week Dinner Food - 5/5. Caprese was fresh and I liked the addition of the arugula for its peppery finish. Big chunks of salt gave it a sharp taste and the balsamic added a sour flavor with a hint of sweetness. Caesar salad was loaded with aged parmesan, adding a huge level of umami to contrast the light, crunchy romaine. Cibo star was very rich, being loaded with different meats and plenty of cheese. The dough had a good chew on them and the star shaped stuffed crust was fun to eat, reminding me of a cheese calzone. The rich flavor did get overwhelming, but having a marinara sauce as a dip helped balance it out. Rack of lamb had a delicious marinade that gave it a distinct flavor of balsamic. It was a little overcooked, being on the medium well side of doneness, but the marinade kept the lamb tender. Asparagus had a nice bite and the aged parmesan added a savory flavor. Zeppole were fantastic! Each piece was fried well having a crispy and chewy texture. The sauces were decadent and sweet with the chocolate being my favorite. Sweetness level was just right to pair with the fried items. Service - 5/5. Service was friendly and professional to the end. We came closer to closing time and our dessert came out after close. Out of respect for their time, we took it to go after a few bites but we never felt rushed from the staff. Value - 5/5. The restaurant week special was three courses for $35. The options showcased their menu items but also included things that aren't on their regular menu such as the lamb. Although delicious, I felt that only two pieces of lamb was a little small for portions. The sweet perk was fantastic offering a huge plate of zeppole for only $5. Their pizzas are all in the mid $20s range which was fair considering the amount of toppings, cheese and size of the pizza. Absolutely fantastic restaurant week location! Parking - Mall Lot (Free)

The owner walking around checking on the tables is very sweet. The pizzas are made in a massive oven, and you can see them loading in the wooden logs. Ours was made perfectly with large portions for a great price. Would recommend.

Excellent food and service. We went for lunch on a rainy Sunday and the restaurant wasn't busy. However, the owner checked in with all the tables, making sure everyone was getting the best quality food. The pizzas were packed with flavor and made fresh in a massive oven, and you can see them loading in the wooden logs. Ours was made perfectly with large portions for a great price. Would recommend.

I liked the Italian, country styled atmosphere and play list.. I was delighted to see a gluten free pasta choice on the menu, very good and combined with the roasted vegetables, it made a delicious meal. GracieDietary restrictions: I was delighted to see there was a gluten free pasta cuicee. I haven't had good pZya for a long time. The roasted vegetables are wonderful , too

My wife and I came in for a Valentine's Day lunch before going wine tasting. I really liked the waitress that helped us out, providing good recommendations on wine, for example, she let us have some a tasting before choosing the glass, as well as her overall attentiveness to us. We shared the meatballs, with some garlic cheese breadsticks, then shared a heart shaped pizza that was delicious. The brick fire oven makes all the difference! We finished off with a French press coffee and some tiramisu! Recommend the food and the nostalgic, cozy, family restaurant vibe. Next time we'll be stopping by for dinner.

Love this place; great family run atmosphere & interesting toppings on a crispy thin crust. Love seeing the real wood fired oven too.

Amazing experience, food and staff! Can't wait to return. The owner even came and introduced himself and gave us a sample of wine. Didn't take photos because we ate it too fast

WOW!!! What a hidden gem! Ray is the real deal. He owns it and interacts with his guests. Sophia is such a great waitress! It is not quiet, but it is classic old world Italian. My only concern in this post is that YOU will get in ahead of us, next time. Great place for a date, if she's cute like mine! And the live music was primo!Parking: A lot of cars on the street, but found one in the lot.
