The employees there have terrible customer service, I tried to order a cake for 15th and I received pure negativity and several (you can't)

I bought 2 cakes, guava and Neapolitan flavor, they were very delicious, the price of the ice pops alone is very expensive.

If I could give you a zero I would. You guys were awful. We were standing in front of the line and you let people continue to cut in front of us. Didn't offer to ask what we needed. Will never give you any of my money!!

They don't have great customer service and don't listen when u tell the to add or don't add something to ur order. They need new employees that have better service!!

Highly recommended, the girls are very attentive and kind. And the snow is very rich. Thank you for your good service….

??I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! ??I only gave one star to be able to comment, TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE PASTRYERS!!! I would like to know their names to burn them even more! A cake for 25 people cost me $175 dollars, all the decoration was put on by me, the cake ? was all white. And I only asked for golden icing, and the first one, who was the assistant, told me that they didn't have anything, EVERYTHING IN A BAD MANNER AND CUT, then the pastry chef came and she told me that they did have it. ? agree. And they are very desperate. And this is the third time they have treated me like this! And no more!!!

Terrible, I'm not going to describe another word for this place, they only want to sell what they want and when you order a cake it has to be what they sell it, otherwise they tell you we don't do it here, we do it in other places, yes, not here, so yes. I want to go somewhere else, I can't believe how rude and unfriendly they are, I couldn't compare a cake to their taste if they don't know what they sell for... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!

Honestly I used to love this place but it’s gonna be the last time I come due to their quality of service. We got a cake for my mom’s birthday and they didn’t add a single piece of pineapple in their piña coco cake. This time, we went to get a birthday cake and wanted them to write something on it and they couldn’t make it happen because the one person who does it was out. Long story short, it took me two trips and I left without a cake because their person wasn’t there to do the writing. -_-
