Dennys has gone downhill - terrible food and a gimpy waitress had us waiting forever it seemed like for sub par food

this place was nasty the restrooms smelled so bad there were homeless people in the bathroom and our waiter was doing god knows what with her manager in the back they took 30mins to come back and her hair was all messed up she was a bit rude also and the manager went to the back with her with the same gloves and and came back with the same ones and started touching the food with it and the Bonless spicy chicken was all greasy and it tasted reallly salty and it looked like it was re heated from hours ago it was really hard to chew and all brown.

For a medium-sized franchise chain, I find a significant difference from one restaurant to another. That said, this location is the best we've found in the brand and that's why we've eaten here for several years. This location's food is always top-notch (as advertised or better). They offer an inspired number of mainstream American dishes. The staff has always been very friendly and upbeat. The servers can be a little quirky occasionally but within reasonable limits. The location is right off 101 take the first exit south of crossing Highway 12. Great Dinner experience give them a try :~)
Dietary restrictions: Has a Seniors menu with all the dietary issues addressed and quantified!
Kid-friendliness: Location provides fun perks for kids like crayons on the Matt's etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good access to everything. Facility to the letter for ADA or better
I haven't been to Denny's in years. Food was crap. Staff acted like they were fresh out of a rehab facility. The plates and silverware were dirty. Not going back.

Food was not as good as other Denny's. Service was ok, no explanation of extras on orders taken. Coffie is $4.53 a cup. Orange juice was almost $5 for a small glass. Value meal is poor.

Came for the early breakfast, I think we're the only ones in the restaurant food was hot and came fast
Today 10/27/24 very bad service with the waitress Lessa did not take my order correctly and when I told her she asked me if it was correct and gave me what she wanted as if I was the one who made the mistake oh the liar why don't they do something about this type of service at this Denny's on Baker St. I think I won't come back when she's here and the other waitresses in the early morning 1:00 am.
