Def didn't know about the yellow jackets.
Service was good. The food was decent. But for someone highly allergic, I would have liked to warned. (They had some type of machines to combat the 🐝)

So, except for that sudden scare, it was decent.

We are tourists and picked J&M for the higher rating and since it was along our route. The scallop hash might be one of the best dishes I have ever had regardless of the meal. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Super mellow, family-owned restaurant. really good coffee it's strong the way I like it. I live in New York City where food is a bit too overrated, so I really appreciate it when I can walk into a restaurant and have a nice American breakfast.

Beacon is a vice of mine and I only have it once every 2 months... The beacon here is perfect!

Great wait staff and amazing food for all. They even have a cute Lil mini bar and bottomless mamosas

I stumbled on this place by accident and left completely overwhelmed by how good it is. The very clean dining area may be simple, but the food and service are really of the highest quality. I was there early and served by the owner while his son is the chef in the back. Both are doing exceptional work with a lot of attention to detail. For example the owner apologized for the butter not being quite soft enough because I was the first customer, which gives you an idea about how careful they are in operating the restaurant. I had the smoked salmon hash that had so many good and different flavors to it, it has to go down as one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had.

One of the most delicious pastrami sandwiches I ever had thanks to the combo pastrami and bacon with a delicious sauerkraut!

This small unassuming restaurant is a true gem, The breakfasts are gourmet, go for the specials. The sweet potato chorizo hash is simply mind blowingly good.
