It's not the store's fault. I tried using the app to place an order, and it did not work. Then I tried calling the store, and the AI answered but did not take my order. I did not find any other number to call directly from the store, so I called another company for my food.

Put in an online order 4 hours prior to pick up. got there and the wanted me to wait another 45 minutes. ruined lunch with co workers. NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered pizza and was ready after a short time. Asked for a takeout menu and they did not have one. They sent me home with one of their menus. Wait was pretty short.
I had the best experience with this Domino's! To start... Ordered online with the special for 10 bucks a pizza any way you want it. Can't beat it! Paid online. Ready in 10 minutes and they deliver it to your car!!! Not to mention it was piping hot and absolutely delicious!

I called placed my order I was told it will take about 12 to 20 mins. So I ran my errands which took me 45 mins than stopped to pickup up my order. Upon arriving I was told it's going to be ready in 15 mins so I said I was told my order will be ready in 12 to 20 mins so it's over an hour now ? The young man answered sorry it's not ready another 15 mins so I asked him please can you give me a chair to sit down I'm handicapped( using a cane ) he said there's no chair goes about his business. So there's another young man there I asked him please can you find a chair for me to sit my knee is very painful ? He tell me " this is not a place to wait " I said can you see I'm handicapped sir ? He goes there's no chair so I asked for a manager he said I'm the manager than he changed it to " I'm the supervisor " if you want to lodge a complain it's no use cos it will come to me cos there's no one higher than me. I got really angry with his attitude by this time and I walked out. So I called a different Domino's location and got their cooperate office number to make a official complaint. That guy needs customer care training. I'm never ever buying pizza from this location ever again ( Stony Point Rd Santa Rosa Ca ).
