I had the best experience with this Domino's! To start... Ordered online with the special for 10 bucks a pizza any way you want it. Can't beat it! Paid online. Ready in 10 minutes and they deliver it to your car!!! Not to mention it was piping hot and absolutely delicious!

I called placed my order I was told it will take about 12 to 20 mins. So I ran my errands which took me 45 mins than stopped to pickup up my order. Upon arriving I was told it's going to be ready in 15 mins so I said I was told my order will be ready in 12 to 20 mins so it's over an hour now ? The young man answered sorry it's not ready another 15 mins so I asked him please can you give me a chair to sit down I'm handicapped( using a cane ) he said there's no chair goes about his business. So there's another young man there I asked him please can you find a chair for me to sit my knee is very painful ? He tell me " this is not a place to wait " I said can you see I'm handicapped sir ? He goes there's no chair so I asked for a manager he said I'm the manager than he changed it to " I'm the supervisor " if you want to lodge a complain it's no use cos it will come to me cos there's no one higher than me. I got really angry with his attitude by this time and I walked out. So I called a different Domino's location and got their cooperate office number to make a official complaint. That guy needs customer care training. I'm never ever buying pizza from this location ever again ( Stony Point Rd Santa Rosa Ca ).

Wonderful people working at this location and my food was hot and delicious.
Disgusting employees. They kept hanging up on me because they don’t understand me and told me no I can talk to manager. I order to pasta with just Alfredo sauce and they put bacon and chicken on them. Just prove they hire anyone. They obviously can’t read. And post pasta were burnt with no sauce. They won’t even give me a refund. At this point I’m going to dispute this order and it will cost them more money for not just refund me

Just ordered off the app and was hounded for donations for st. Jude 3 times was forced to say no 3 times first will you donate ? No , please donate . No , are you sure you dont want to donate ? Yes I'm SURE !!!! It's bad enough 2 pizzas cost $70 I'm not paying any xtra $ why dont you take some of your over charged prices and donate yourself?!?!

Only pick up, my 20 year old son likes this pizza. The chicken wings are good but the pizza is mediocre.
This is My only problem with this establishment is Veronica, they slack and took 20+ minutes to start my mobile order and then proceeded reset the timer on my order so they get more time on the clock... The rest of the employees are great here especially Beto! he works very fast and efficient whenever he takes my order it's ready within 10 minutes of ordering it!! ?

I had ordered two pizzas about 3 weeks ago from here, I got the wrong ordered and called. I don’t know who I talked to but they were rude and unwilling to help. I was told that I would be credited a free pizza and another order as I didn’t even receive a part of my order. I went on two days ago to order and seen that there wasn’t even anything added on to my account. I do order allot from there and it’s a shame but I will no longer be ordering. As a business owner customer service is key, and making sure the customer feels taken care of. Which this dominos did not. ?

I was told that I would be credited a free pizza and another order as I didn’t even receive a part of my order. I went on two days ago to order and seen that there wasn’t even anything added on to my account. I do order allot from there and it’s a shame but I will no longer be ordering. As a business owner customer service is key, and making sure the customer feels taken care of. Which this dominos did not. 👎

It’s been 2hrs since I ordered with the app. And nothing has been delivered. Even though the app said my order was complete. When I called to get an update some one picked up and said they would call me back. I’ve continued to call and nothing. If the location in Santa Rosa California would be so kind to call back or at least stop screening the phone and give me an answer that would be great. The total was about 30 dollars and it might not be much to some but at the end of the day I did not receive what I paid for.
