I typically order online and I will say my drinks have always been consistent which I can appreciate but the staff is so short with you and kind of rude. One day the guy handing me my food dropped it and stared down at it then me as if i was at fault and expected me to pick it up. I grabbed it and he was expecting me to leave with my food that was on the ground. I was having a rough day and planned to do that because I didn’t want anymore attitude but my partner asked him to give me a new bagel and he did but I could tell he wasn’t happy about it. They practically throw your stuff at you to get you out of there asap even when they aren’t busy. I wish the staff was a little more welcoming

I've been here twice through the drive thru, the guy taking my order is incredibly rude. I asked for a decaf iced latte and it wasn't decaf. I thought to my self oh maybe yhey forgot, the next day i go and order the same order, decaf iced latte, and upon giving me the order i ask him is it decaf. He responds yes, sure enough it wasn't! I dont know what gavin newsom was thinking giving these fast food lazy workers paid 20 per hour. Avoid drive through on the evenings to avoid this guy.

I ordered and iced coffee and got hot coffee and he upgraded to a large when I said medium. Couldn’t really understand the fellor and got my sandwich all wrong. Cold sandwich and napkins. Will not be back here for sure. I’ve driven by here and there’s never anyone there and that’s probably why. Should’ve stayed away and stick with what I know best Starbucks! Now I know! Smh

They never asked if I wanted a receipt or my total. I got charged $11.00 for a pup cup. If they want to charge $11.00 for a pup cup that’s on them but put it on the screen and give a receipt. Scammers!
