The line here is insane - if you park in the parking lot you will not be able to get out, and the employees won’t help despite it being a huge hazard. Also ordered on the app and the kid working the window this afternoon was super rude about it and disappeared until another girl showed up and asked if I’d been helped - turns out my drink was sitting right behind the first guy and he just refused to look. Such a bad experience

We were traveling and since we are from Grants Pass, we always find a Dutch Bros to stop at for a quick pick me up and get back on the road. Like ALL Dutch Bros, this one did not disappoint.

I had my best experience at my Dutch Brothers pickup order this evening. So I think it needs to be said publicly how awesome the young woman that helped me tonight was. I didn’t get her name, but she did have a lip piercing, blue eyes and wore fake eyelashes.
I can see she really appreciates working there and doing her best for the business and the customer. Customer service goes a long way with me having been a previous waitress in my 20s so I appreciated her service very much.
Sometimes I will refuse to Patron any business with bad service no matter how much I like something. One little thing and my business will go elsewhere.
Being twice her age, there’s not a lot of people nowadays that are like her She is a true value to your store and in the world and people should know.

Inconsistent, slowest and worse service dutch I have been too. I watched the lady today pickup a cup from the floor on a wet slip mat, shake her hand off and proceed to make drinks without washing her hands. Born and raised in grants pass going to hq because friends worked there. Will be letting them know a Rep needs to be sent out.
