I absolutely love the Dutch Brothers on Hopper in Santa Rosa - I have been going here for a while now and they are always so sweet and super animal friendly They’re always funny and they keep it real and they are not fake. That’s what I love. But now, for the reason, I want to write this review. - So today, July 17 2025 sometime before 3:30 I believe. I went to Dutch Brothers and I was having a mental crisis. I’ve been having a mental crisis for a while now and I am just really struggling mentally and I just like finally broke down and I was crying and I was like an emotional distress and I just needed a toasted, mellow, hot cocoa to wash away my tears and bring me some joy, even if it was for a moment. I had my service dog with me and my emotional support animal and it brings me joy to see them get down on a pup cup and bone treat and I needed that in this little moment in this little bubble if you know five minutes or whatever would bring me joy But while I was sitting in line, just broken crying with contemplating life, one of the barista’s walked over to me with complete concern asking me if I was OK asking if she could give me a hug actually showing true concern wasn’t fake she was being a real true caring human being and it touched my soul And in that moment it just brought me out of the darkness. I was feeling even though I was still crying and still having a mental crisis, she was this bright light And I just want to thank her because most people wouldn’t show concern or offer a hug and she also offered to pay for my drink and I didn’t want her to because I didn’t want any pitty. And then when I got up to the window, the barista there also showed true concern and told me if I am ever feeling like this to come anytime it’s always a safe space to be there to talk to them and it was like a light broke through this darkness I’m still going through something very heavy, but there’s a light to know that there’s people there who may not know me, but to know that there’s a safe space it was just so thoughtful who didn’t expect anything in return. They will never truly know that kindness that they showed me How much difference that made in my life today.Thank you Dutch Bros stuff. -

Super friendly, super fast service — they nailed my drink perfectly. The Cookies & Cream Soft Top is absolutely goated — creamy, sweet, and elevates any drink. Worth every sip.
Drive-thru line might look insane, but let’s be real… people are just too lazy to walk up. I parked and walked up — faster than waiting in a 10-car line.

Slowest Dutch Bros in the country! I've been to many, many DB and none of them are this slow... AVOID THIS DB!!!!!!
Worst service ever. Total trash. Waited 40 minutes for 1 coffee. Half the employees are just standing there doing nothing and playing around. So glad we don’t live in this area. I would never come here. Be prepared to wait forever for your drinks!

Consistently such a negative experience- waiting 25 minutes in the rain for a simple chai that the app said would be ready in 5 min is crazy, plus the drive thru blocks/traps people in the parking lot. Is this not a huge hazard?! The drive through was clearly being prioritized as it moved incredibly fast meanwhile we were standing in the rain for almost half an hour!

They block the entire parking lot for Jersey Mike's. It's really annoying, I won't try it simply bc the business is inconsiderate of the other locations around. Their second drive through line uses 13 of the lots parking spaces.
