El Milagro Taco Truck

Ordered my food. Was told 10 minutes. Waited for 25 minutes, they still were not ready. Don’t waste your time. Not worth it.

After tasting these tacos, I asked if they’d be willing to cater a family gathering of 50 people at Armstrong Woods. Let me tell you there were RAVE reviews of these tasty tacos! The habanero onions may have been too spicy for some but it was such a welcomed delight to most. The meats were all tasty (I loved the lengua and al pastor -so tender, flavorful, and no gnarly cartilage anywhere to be found on any meat). The jimica agua Fresca had rich flavor and not too sweet. The party was from all over the US and I couldn’t be happier that they got to taste some legit Mexican street tacos that are above par.

Highly recommend El Milagro for dining and for catering. They helped make the start of our wedding weekend so memorable with epic tacos and service in an epic location.

These are probably the best taco truck tacos I’ve ever had. The tortillas are slightly crispy, the meat is juicy and expertly seasoned, the pickled veggies are plentiful and fresh. The guy who serves them up is super nice. I came for the Target, but I’m coming back for the tacos.

This taco truck is such a hidden gem! The meat is always so soft and flavorful and the salsa is to die for. My family and I order out from here often and the most recent time was what led me to leave a review. They were out of green salsa and there was only a lady working alone and she apologized that they only had red salsa which was fine with us. When my partner made it there to pick up our food she had already whipped up a small batch of green salsa for us. We were so touched by her thoughtfulness. It’s honestly the best taco truck in santa rosa and the service is great!

El Milagro is a local gem. I was recommended the chicken tacos by a friend and I am happy to say it seems that all their carne options are high quality. The food seems to cater to a filling, balanced palate rather than excessively salty like at other taco trucks. The agua de jamaica is delicious and not overly sweet, like an iced tea refresher. I recommend it and the horchata. Loved the substantial portions for the tacos and great options of fixings for their tacos including grilled jalapeño, grilled onion, radish, and spicy cebollas curtidas. Good atmosphere. 5 stars. Enjoy!

Have tried a couple times. Something weird was in the burrito once but the tacos were good, just some things were off. Live close but not sure about going back.

I was craving el pastor tacos and spent some time looking on google. My boyfriend and I came across El Milagro and decided to try them out and it was AMAZING. We ordered 4 el pastor tacos and then ate them in our car quickly realizing we needed to try more. We ended up going back and getting a few more tacos and the quesadilla frita and it was soooo delicious. These tacos taste like the street tacos in Mexico. The horchata is so authentic, it taste just like my moms and isn’t overly sweet. We will absolutely be coming back to try the el pastor fresh off the Trompo. Highly recommend this place. The service is great and the owners are sweet.

Fantastic food! My partner and I just had a lovely late lunch there - friendly, prompt service, nice little sitting area and of course excellent meals. 5 stars!
