Pues para un restaurante que se llama la perla TAPATIA la torta ahogada no tiene nada de Tapatia. Ni es birote salado, debería llevar cebolla morada. la salsa pues quien sabe de qué sea pero de tomate no es. Y si la sirves en un plato plano pues ya no es ahogada sino una simple torta.

We had La Perla's Veggie Enchiladas and Veggie Fajitas. They were excellent and the service was very good. We also loved the green sauce and refried beans in addition to the salsa that came at no extra cost along with the chips. We will be coming back again for sure.
I love the amount of food especially the beans and salsa serve with the chips but best of all was when I ordered the shrimp they were huge as prawns!!!
