Lots of ways to have fun and a terrific restaurant and bar with bingo and karaoke nights. Staff is always friendly and helpful and there is plenty if convenient parking. This is a great spot to visit with friends and perfect for a fun first date experience.

Ok I admit It was a good time, but me and my friends went bowling and one of the bumpers was broken and not working, we told the employee and she said yea that one is broken. She didn’t move us or anything talk about bad customer service.

Only ownership info I can publicly find indicates that the owner is male, so I'm not sure why they indicated to Google that this is a woman-owned business.In filling out a waiver form for axe throwing, I found that the only gender options were male and female, with no option to even "prefer not to answer". I am not personally comfortable supporting a company that discriminates against people who don't identify within the gender binary. In trying to obtain a refund, there was no way to do that online, and no public phone number or even email address available for Epicenter. (And nowhere in the process did it ever say no refunds.) The only way I could find to get my money back was to go in person.Also realized after all this that they were advertising a "celebratory" all-day happy hour the day our local mask mandate is lifted. You do you, but I'm personally happy to know all this so I can avoid supporting them in the future, and I thought others might want to know who their money is going to as well.

Skip the piner coffee place. I placed my order and sat down. There was only one order ahead of me. Their name was called, they left. I waited a couple of minutes, noticed the employees standing there taking sips of their drinks so I go over to the cashier and ask if my drink is ready. He says he doesn't know and asks 4 other employees if they made my drink, which none of them had. There was no "sorry" or anything!!!

Lots of games are turned off the claw machines were emptied out lots of little kids running around with no supervision lots of games are broken prizes are outrageously priced in points but a few games are pretty cool that's why it's getting the three I was interested in the soccer field the basketball Court I was super interested in the virtual reality monster shooter but it looks like it was too risky murdering Corona time so didn't get a chance to try it and the jumpy room looks so much fun but again too crowded too risky

Laser tag is the bomb. So much fun for friends and family. Eat before you go or after because the food is not that great. A must go to for great fun.

Loved the place. It was super clean and not crowded at all. No waiting for anything.

We come here all the time every weekend so my son can play the games and go on the playground. When my son was playing a lot of bigger kids came running in and one slapped my son. There was no employee around. I went up to the desk to notify them there is a lot of rough housing. The girl looks at the clock and turns to me and say well it's closing in 9 minutes. So basically my take from that was its not a big deal my son was slapped by a kid twice his age. My son is 5 years old. Not ok very poor judgment.

Large group of 13 kids. We bowled. Kids had a great time. Lots of other things to do.

Awesome place for entire family. Love the sports bar and kids can go to arcade or bowl. Lots of fun.

Highly dissatisfied the Halloween night for adults what's the total scam they weren't letting people even know got the games with tickets didn't even count. So you want absolutely no prizes and even worse the cards kept not working 1/2 hours at a time and I had to keep going on finding a person for mine card and my friends card, then they told me that a manager was coming in a red suit and you never even came just left me sitting there waiting so I waste even more time then by the time I knew at the end it was already over and I ask somebody if I could get a refund and they said absolutely not there's no refunds terrible experience be careful if you go next year oh yeah to make matters worse you can even get into where they said the dance floor was free and included the guy was super drunk and went even let you in, totally unprofessional, I guess they don't watch the people and make sure they don't drink on the job they could lose their liquor license for that

Worst service I have ever experienced. This is not a 49er friendly bar. We showed up early for the game. We were seated, then didn't get service for a half an hour. They refused to put the game on the big screen stating, "all the tvs are pre-programmed". I was unable to see the game from where I was. I watched the first half on my phone, then moved right next to my table into a lounge area to watch the game, where the servers then said they would not serve me there. Fine, I was done, just waiting on some friends. They then took it a step further by stating, we will not serve your friends unless you return to the table.WHAT!?!? It seemed like they didn't like my solution to the problem. I couldn't watch the game and moved somewhere I could. Overpriced mediocre food on top. Need a zero star option.
