We used to use Farmer Brothers Coffee service at work and the past couple of months I've made over a half dozen requests for service and kept getting the same response..."We'll send someone out there to get your needs taken care of" - and still no one came out or called. We've been out of coffee and supplies since March. On July 8th, I called for them to come get their machine and pots since they failed to provide service. Customer service rep acted as if he didn't care about the situation or even try to keep us as a customer, so he had a technician out here in 2 hours to remove the equipment. Very disappointed!!
