I had an excellent experience, I love firewings and will continue to come back. Employees are very friendly they provide great customer service and that’s what I look for!Parking: In my case parking was fantastic! I have a Tesla and there are many chargers to accommodate me I have free charging for 2 years. For gas cars there are lots of parking spots available.

I don't get the meh score currently. Best fried zuchinni sticks and boneless wings around. Not greasy! Consistently delicious! Prices are super fair and large portions.Vegetarian options: Beyond chicken

The food is delicious BUT every single employee is extremely rude. To the point where I don’t even want to get fire wings at all anymore. I thought maybe the rudeness was a one time thing but it wasn’t. Every single time I have any interaction with the employees they’re horrible. So I won’t be getting fire wings anymore, specifically from the Santa Rosa location. Don’t recommend.

Great food although my tatertots were cold. Somehow they also got the plating wrong and we had to play a game of "Guess who's order" and move around our little paper trays until we were satisfied. Whatever, people mess up all the time. What's the harm? Little did we know it was all downhill from there. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. My mother made a realization that they missed her extra rice. As my mom tried to correct this error, our server, who presumably came from the kitchen, straight up ignored her both times she called him over to fix it and just walked away back to the register. Downright rude. Fortunately it was fixed after alerting another server but we were already annoyed with the previous employee. During that time, I also ordered an extra spam musubi as a separate order that never came out. My father mentioned this to one of the waiters and she confused it for it being apart of the first order. My guess is that it was forgotten about but luckily I had my copy of my receipt since I'm sure it would've been dismissed as an error and I would've had to pay extra for something I already paid for. I had the musubi handed to me in a to-go box as it was the end of our meal. We were there for an hour. Disappointment since it was a small order.I would normally excuse this with a simple, "Well, its busy. They're bound to mess something up." and all would be forgiven but this place was not even filled up enough and the phone hardly rang for pick up orders. This was not prime lunch hours, this was carelessness on them.Overall, understaffed some rude employees. Good food but not worth the amount we paid for, especially for that service.

This was our 2nd time eating here and the food was pretty bad. The first time we went to this location we loved it, this time not so much.We got the chicken sandwiches and they were so overcooked I could hardly eat it. Half of the chicken I had to throw away because it was essentially boot leather. For as pricy as this restaurant is, you would think quality control measures would be in place. We spent over 80$ on the meal and we're very unhappy overall. The saving grace was an afterthought of 6 wings ordered on a whim.I would definitely avoid this spot until they get the place in order. 14$ for a chicken sandwich, it better be at the very least edible.

Delicious homemade blue cheese sauce that goes great with the buffalo wings. Great sticky rice and macaroni salad for sides. And crispy spicy pork is one of my new favorites.

Finally a delicious bone in wing restaurant in Santa Rosa!!! They have so many flavors and sauces of wings it was hard to choose. But out of the flavors I did try I would say the Garlic Parmesan were the best. A bit pricey but honestly wing shops always are but if you go on a Wednesday they have 10 pc wings for $8.99. Next time I'll probably skip a kids meal for my toddler and just get him the wing deal seeing as how they are the same price. They also have Hawaiian food to choose from. The counter lady was great too. Gave good recommendations. Plenty of indoor seating.

So I ordered a chicken katsu plate, the chicken thought flavorful was pretty dry, the katsu sauce is a little heavy on the worshtishire sauce. But the biggest take away was the macaroni. Verry mid. Almost like they bought it off Safeway and relabeled it. If Hawaiian BBQ and style is what you’re aiming for it’s a big miss. There’s a secret to Hawaiian style max that not a lot of people know. The order of spam masubi was amazing! The seaweed wasn’t dry but still crisp, and the spam was top notch flavorful.Let’s get to the main course though! The wings were very juicy and flavorful! The sweet and sour (pecking) is so bomb!! But my favorite was the peanut butter flavor! It’s like a Thai peanut sauce and that’s better than I expected! They gave me a couple other flavors to try, including a very spicy one that though wasn’t for me, it is for the ones craving the hot hot heat!!And the ranch taste home made which is essential for a wing spot.Over all I would rate the food a 7 out of ten, and service from the manager I spoke to on the phone a 10 out of 10. (Happened to catch the general manager before she left for the day!)Best regards,Patrick

Wings are delicious far better than Wingstop and the wings are meaty not dried out. I like the variety of options from garlic to, Jamaican, curry and back to Beijing. The garlic noodles are absolutely delicious with great flavor, thick noodles and amount served is a good size.

I have eaten here several times and have had very good luck. I’m gluten free and finding a location to eat is a challenge. The original buffalo are GF as are the plain fries. I got an order of 10 wings and they were very good. Service was prompt and the restaurant was clean.Vegetarian options: Beyond meat products availableDietary restrictions: Most sauces are GF, ask when ordering
