Honestly I wish I could leave 0 stars. The bartender last night was so rude and needs some serious training on how to speak to people. And the manager/owner (he said he was the owner) is no better. No manners from either. No wonder it’s at risk of being shut down like I read in the Press Democrat.

It’s game day so I do understand the chaos of the orders for today but our online order didn’t even get a ticket to be made? When we came for our pickup time, chef was confused and had an argument with the host. Honestly just wish I would’ve cancelled the order because without a ticket the chef didn’t even see we paid extra for added on garlic. Didn’t get any basil either for our margherita pizza… really bummed.

Great food options and drink options. The staff is the best part by far though, Sean helped my wife when the music was too loud with some ear plugs and great friendly service. 100% will be coming back

A friend and I went in for a cold beer on a very hot day last week, hoping to escape the heat and catch up. AC=yes, cold beer=yes, atmosphere=F-. The bartender was blaring screaming metal music, which ruined the visit. And, they disregarded my very polite request to turn down, or change, the music. I didn't even finish my brew and we escaped to Cooperage right around the corner. I am done with Flagship!

From bad food (liquid smoke in the tri-tip, whole garlic cloves and rosemary leaves in the aoli) to staff that make it quite clear they wish you weren't there, this place is a miss. The only reason to go is the wall of beer, but with how sticky the tables are, I doubt those taps were cleaned recently.
