Franchettis' Gasthaus + Biergarten

They flagged my honest review and it got removed. I have no idea why. I have nut allergies. I ordered something without nuts and they put nuts all over it. It’s almost like they didn’t even read my order. Why are you flagging my reviews and why is it even allowed to be flagged when it’s an honest review of a place I went and spent money and did not have a positive experience. I also emailed the owner before leaving a bad review to try to tell them what happened and I never received a response

Closed for good!

I love this place. I heard they were closing, which makes my wife and I so sad. We had our wedding reception there and they made it perfect. We got to come back a couple of times too, and they made it memorable each time. We don't live in the area anymore but wish them well in the next chapter.

Franchetti's has been like home.....they treat you like family. The food is wonderful, the menu so unique that you can't truly compare the experience to anything else you may have had before. Sad to see them closing but who knows what the future may bring! The proprietors, Gesiene and John may yet surprise us....and we will be there, if they do!

We have wanted to try this place for a while. It’s such a random spot for a restaurant, but we really enjoyed ourselves. We got some drinks that were good, large variety of drinks and especially beer to choose from. The decor was so cute and there were a lot of seating options. The schnitzel was good, breading was a bit thick and the fries were just average! We will probably come back though because there is such a fun variety of menu items.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. We order appetizers and 3 entrees to share across four of us... Everything was good - Short Ribs, Brat Plate, Schnitzel etc.
