My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to Sacramento. I’m coming on here to leave another review in gratitude and out of respect for this spot that has become part of our weekly routine. The owner Jin is so sweet- they’re busy but he manages to treat us like we’re his only customers, on a first name basis. The food is as amazing as the hospitality. We love teriyaki grill.

Lately staff has been very vocal about how us customers should cook at home it’s funny but not a good feeling for the customers to feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome, only commenting because it’s happened twice now where I can overhear them bad mouthing people in the kitchen through the drive thru window

Fries cold, bread hard in one side and moist the rest. We tried In-N-Out in San Francisco and the food quality was better.
Went to get lunch on 3/26/25. Drive thru was a nightmare but fine that's all the time specially at this location. But then once we get the food the burger was completely over cooked and the buns were burnt. Like not a little bit burnt like completely burnt it was rough to eat. There's no way they have someone doing quality control when both me and my co workers burger are the exact same BS. Get a new manager or your district manager here ASAP they are struggling.

In-N-Out has earned its west coast popularity that leaves the rest of the country longing for further expansion. This location is modern, clean, and well taken care of. The staff are incredibly friendly. Food is consistent as with other locations, it's a great burger with a simple menu. Fast food isn't that difficult. Pay people a dollar an hour more than the next place and you'll be able to hire better. This location hires better and would make the best Chick-fil-A a little jealous.
