Never in my life has in-n-out wronged me and I go there very very often, so ultimately I have never ever had a single problem, but today I was served cold fries and a cold burger, from this one location and dont know if its this specific spot because ive never been to this one, but they messed up, completely cold everything, useless in-n-out location, they have a reputation ive always seen and this one is downright wrong, 0/5 location

Gotta love inn n out but what stood out to me the most, was the amazing attitude from a young lady named Daniela Chavez! She went above and beyond in keeping the place clean.. I ate inside & she not only asked me if I needed anything but she asked others around me. As soon as someone got up to leave she made sure the area was clean for the next. Amazing young woman. Inn n out you have a gem, she needs a raise🙏🏼

Not a meat eater but took my girlfriend here. Was shocked at how the prices are still affordable! Better than any other fast food place for a simple burger!
Always fast friendly efficiantall around amazing experience. Ive never been to or seen an in & out burger that wasnt packed that in itself speaks volumes. Keep up the great standards. Good job
The milkshake machine wasn't working. The cash register wasn't working. And the food wasn't very good. Plain Santa Rosa CA. We had hamburger and fries. Small amount of fries. I probably won't go back. I was still hungry when I left. Super clean. Nice staff. No, on the food. Used to be the best. Not anymore.
