I am very shocked, the food and normal staff is usually awesome. My order was wrong and they try to argue about it. I’m not sure who she is but up front she was very very rude. Tried not to give me my money back and boss me around to put my plate away after I said I wanted my refund. The plate was also dirty and crusty and tried to tell me thats normal.

The lady at the cash register is very rude.
While i waited i watched her treat other customers very poorly for no reason..I asked her what was wrong and she made a a big scene and threatened to kick me out...after I spent over $100 dollars..I'll never go back.

I used to really REALLY like this place. Unfortunately, in the last year or two, the quality control has gone downhill. I’d say about 2/3 of the time, I receive potatoes in my Udon that are so undercooked as to be inedible. Carrots too — but at least you can eat them raw. The meat portions are noticeably worse when you order for delivery. That said, the curry beef is my favorite dish here, and it is delicious (usually).

Delicious homemade hot sauce! Very friendly staff

Really good noodles, fresh and chewy, a lot better than the store sold udon noodles. We decided to order one more after our first bite of noodles

First this is NOT a ramen place. Even tho they have ramen on the menu. This is udon not ramen. The yaki udon was probably the best thing on the menu. I would recommend the broths tho. The miso tasted like pho and the shoyu tasted like chicken noodle.

One of my favorite places to eat. Many options, all of it delicious, very fast service, and great atmosphere. It can feel a little pricy but considering how much a meal out costs anywhere nowadays I suppose it’s average, and they give pretty good portions. 10/10 see you there!
