The udon noodles with pork belly, soft boiled egg in the tonkotsu broth is a comfort food I have been yet to find around here, have only known of one place in New York to use udon noodles instead of ramen and it is my absolute FAVORITE. The broth here is so rich and flavorful and the noodles are chewy and comforting. Fresh made and high quality. It is rare to find house made dumplings, noodles, etc. in Santa Rosa. The abundant portions of food are delicious, very flavorful, but not loaded with salt, and high quality. Great service and pride of craftsmanship is apparent. We will be back again and again.

Absolutely loved this udon spot! The soup noodles were incredibly flavorful — rich, savory broth with perfectly chewy noodles that hit the spot. We also tried the fried rice bowl, and it was just as impressive: packed with flavor, generous portions, and cooked to perfection.

What really stood out was the value. For the price, the portion sizes are more than generous. It’s hard to find a place that delivers both quality and quantity like this. Highly recommend...
