Almost the worst Jack in the box in Sonoma county. Unfortunately the jack in the box off Steel lane, by the Coddingtown mall, beat this one for suckiness. Stale bread, poor service, dirty bathrooms, run down dining room. You get all this, and less, for higher prices than other SC locations!

The dining lobby was very dirty, with tables being unclean and having trash on them. Their self serve soda machine was down as well as their shakes, which is a maintenance issue, and probably out of their control but i definitely wanted a shake.

I went through the drive through yesterday & when I received my change, I immediately noticed it was $10 short. I told him that it was $10 short & he said ok & gave me a $10 bill right away. Maybe it's just me but it seemed too fast almost like he was waiting to see if I noticed & it seemed he already had a $10 bill in his hand. So just pay attention everyone.
This store is in bad condition,and I noticed many serious safety concerns. Ceiling is falling down. Someone is going to get hurt. Also, very dirty floor, tables, windows. Trash left unattended to. This is a horrible place and someone needs to file a formal complaint. Music is all in Spanish. Not everyone wants to hear that in the United States of America where English is the national language. Come on! Let's get it together!!!
Parking: Parking lot is like a car repair shop where people, and acquaintances of your employees are fixing their cars. Also, littered with trash. Unbelievable. This is an eye sore. I will never visit this location again. In fact, I'm reporting you.

Ordered the Noggy or Nice milkshake and could not taste eggnog at all. Next day I went back to retry it but they were out of the shake ingredients so I went to a different Jack location. The shake I got from the Rohnert Park Jack was delicous! Yellow in color (how an eggnog shake should look like). So Jack on Sebastopol rd gave me a Noggy or Nice shake without eggnog, when thats literally the point of this shake. $7 wasted on a shake. If your out of the eggnog, tell your customers instead of making the shake without it!!!!!

Twice they give me the wrong food, I paid for a hamburger and some onio rings and they give me 6 golden tacos. How is it possible that they don't check what they are giving to the customer? What ineptitude, the truth is, and you dial the phone and you never answer garbage, Jack in the boxes
