Guess their employees can only read 3 out of 4 instructions. Still had mustard on both burgers. Didn't add anything to the burgers. Should actually be easier if I'm asking for 4 items to be removed and it's listed on their screens from Uber Eats but I know better then ordering fast food at 3am so this is also kinda on me.

Almost the worst Jack in the box in Sonoma county. Unfortunately the jack in the box off Steel lane, by the Coddingtown mall, beat this one for suckiness. Stale bread, poor service, dirty bathrooms, run down dining room. You get all this, and less, for higher prices than other SC locations!

The dining lobby was very dirty, with tables being unclean and having trash on them. Their self serve soda machine was down as well as their shakes, which is a maintenance issue, and probably out of their control but i definitely wanted a shake.
