6 out of ten times I've gone to this place, the order is missing an item or seems to me like the food is not fresh at some points I've gotten charge for a hamburger that I didn't receive all I gotta say is make sure they give you what you paid for.. Good quality

sometimes you get great service and fresh food and other times it's old and grose...sometimes it's so busy it takes way to long to receive service other times it's fast. 2 stars for the constant homeless people

This is closest to my house. Food is almost always barely warm or cold ! Warm cheeseburgers make the cheese elastic, fries that aren't warm seem like grease sticks instead of French fries, ice machine at soda dispenser blasts ice out and some lands on the floor so the floor is hazardous you might slip easily- especially if it is a child or elderly person. Jack would be ashamed of the quality and care and service here. Used to be a quality location, but quality has left the neighborhood and barely any English spoken here - let's have 1/2 Spanish and 1/2 English so we don't need a Spanish translator to get things right please. Hard working Hispanic people but quality of what is normal or expected is not a goal at this branch, worse every year. I am sorry to all the other stores and employees, nothing against them. But every type of franchise stores has quality locations and some poor quality locations. No one is perfect anywhere

This isn't John Ash, so let's not get carried away, but as far as Jack in the Boxes go, this one is great! The food is always hot and fresh, and the staff are always polite and attentive. I go in the we hours of the morning on my way to work and I love that I can always grab a hot bite at 3:00am. My only complaint is that sometimes the coffee is stale and Luke warm. Like it's been sitting in a thermos all night. All-in-all, though, I'm a big fan!Vegetarian options: I don't think there are any truly vegetarian options. Everything will have been in contact with meat products.Dietary restrictions: I don't imagine that many accommodations can be made.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
